Won't I get slapped? I mean, don't get me wrong. I make fun of people all of the time because people just make me laugh with what they do or say, but I'm anxious I'll get slapped by a girl. And my glasses are expensive. When and how do I make fun of girls? Also, I don't even do physical contact with my friends, so how do I do that too?

It's not impossible obviously, but for stupid little boys it is. So how'd you do it? https://imgur.com/a/s298TJ6 Just because these people never lifted doesn't mean you don't have to. Also, shall I point out the best people to have ever lived DID lift? Plato, Aristotle, Arnold Schwarzneggar, etc. The difference between you and them is they had an immense will, in order to develop will one needs to develop discipline. The easiest way to develop discipline is via lifting. You're going to need to p…

No. If you need to do it to become better doesn't mean its involuntary because the very act of becoming better is voluntary. Is that too complicated for you to understand? Nice. You've finally made some semblance of sense out of your nonsensical definition. But then the problem is you don't need to do it to become better, which you addressed here: Can you? How so? Becoming more moral <> becoming a better person. Your body is the baseline - if you can't get that better how do you expect to do any…

You don't do it voluntairly - reread the definition of discipline. The fuck. Mate. If you can do it voluntarily, then you don't need to do it. Your definition is self-contradictory. If you need to do it, then it's not voluntary. That's the definition of involuntary. Life may suddenly end when a blood vessel ruptures because the muscle layer surrounding blood vessel endothelium bursts because it is too weak to handle the stresses put onto it by the blood. How often does that happen though... Not …

Do you seriously need discipline defined? Jesus. Discipline is a code of behavior where one voluntairly does something that needs to be done to become better, regardless of whether they find it pleasant or not. Lifting needs to be done and not just for women. It has numerous medical benefits. Paying rent needs to be done because if you don't, you are kicked out of your house. Lifting should be done because of the health benefits, but ultimately, your life will go on whether or not you lift. Gett…

Is cuck just a universal insult that you can plug anywhere or does it even have a meaning anymore?

So what you're saying is 'wahhh I haz to be disciplined and can't eat cheetos all day! Wahhh'. Cheetos are gross. In fact, chips in general are gross. But that's not what you were getting at. In fact, the word discipline was thrown around a lot in the comments. Define discipline. What do you mean when you say discipline? Going to the gym is not to get muscles, but to get "discipline". What does that mean? Stfu and stop being a cuck and get some discipline. So you're skinny fat and 'like your bod…

Is it being sore? Is it being exhausted afterwards? Is it the time you're sinking into it? Is it embarrassment about not lifting as much as others? Well, not any of those. I wrote an essay here. Sorry. The main reason I don't like the gym is because I have absolutely no reason to go. There are many health benefits, but I don't care about any of them. I also like looking at my body in the mirror rn. Which leaves me with going to the gym to get a better body so that I have a higher chance of getti…

Very sorry. I made a wrong statement there. Need to edit the OP after this. Not even that, but having to force myself to eat more food every meal, food that I don't want, doesn't give me too much to look forward too throughout the day. My BMI is below the middle, so if I were to start working out, I'd start bulking and not cutting. I don't want to force myself to eat more food than I normally would. Like, I planned out my macros and everything and all I have to really do is hit 2300 calories (I …

Understood. Thanks for the advice.

I wouldn't say bad. It just has a chance to "twist" whenever I'm doing something, like walking for example. Boxing is feasible.

A fair point. I'm not a very masculine person nor am I a very dominant person, so the advice here probably wouldn't help me too much. Reading a lot of the Blue Pill Examples and Red Pill Examples has already given me an idea of what not to do in a relationship and how to act when I'm in one, so I guess that's a good takeaway. Thank you for your insight.

A fair statement. The main reason I'm here honestly is because of TRP's view of women, but it seems that lifting is an integral part of the TRP philosophy for reasons stated in other comments. Thanks for the input though.

You sound like a tank. Thanks for telling me though. I weight 155 at 6'4", so you completely dominate me in all physical aspects.

Thanks for the input. I do have more than 5 hours a week to spare, so that helps.

I don't think the issue is discipline. Well it is, but if I had something that I wanted to work towards, I'd be able to get up and go to the gym without any issue. I probably should've elaborated more on my issue, but I legitimately don't have a reason to start working out. Since I'm happy with my body and I don't have any intent on doing it just to extend my lifespan, the last reason I can think of to work out is to simply get casual sex, which is where the question comes from: "Is Working Out …

I have not tried martial arts, but I've already decided that at some point in the future when I'm able, I'm going to pick it up. I can't do so right now for reasons.

Well then I most likely won't. Thanks for your input.

There's nothing I can really say in response to that that won't sound like an excuse. So, I suppose you're right. I guess I'll come back when I can actually bring myself to work out, and in the meanwhile I'll keep the rest of your principles in mind so I don't end up becoming a Blue Pill Example any time soon.

No. Did I really say something that outlandish?
