Had the exact same experience, there's no soft way of saying this. You must sort it out yourself. Went to a psychiatrist a while ago, it was free and part of my tuition. Live in the North East - Newcastle and I can confirm the above. Same thought process going on here. However, the legal fees are ridiculous considering you would have to pay the surrogate mother to sign a legal document and you never know when she could change her mind. Courts are known to throw contracts out the window using 'best interest of the child' bullshit. Read about Christiano Ronaldo's recent fumble.

Unlikely. It seems he's broke and has nothing to lose from a divorce. I.E the typical princess - scumbag relationship given that she's paying for the divorce.
