I've been struggling for over 6 years now, and I hate it. Only 1 pregnancy to speak of and it ended in an early missed miscarriage. I've been checked, he's been checked, everything "looks" normal, just unexplained infertility and its the worst feeling. Went through 2 rounds of IUI as well. I'm so happy for you OP, that you found your answer and got your beautiful twins!

My husband and I were together 10 years before we married. We called eachother "Husband and wife" since like year 1 (and lived together the entire 10 years). We decided to make it legal when we got pregnant because I didn't have insurance with my job, and we wanted to make sure our children would carry his last name, as well as me to officially make it a family unit. Other than the legal documents, nothing has changed or even felt like it changed.

You could try asking him "Why?" for starters. Some people are into that, but not knowing why makes this question hard to answer. Knowing why, you could even answer that question for yourself.

I'm going to see a doctor today for this, and other related issues. I know exactly what you're talking about, it's like something just takes over and every little thing is a major trigger for bitching and whining. I suspect a hormonal imbalance, for myself at least, as that point the cycle is around the time ovulation occurs (or if there's hormonal problems it may actually not be occurring). Estrogen and progesterone do a dance with each other through the cycle and if something is interrupting t…

His ex is probably off getting what she wants from another guy now, until she gets bored, then she'll just do the same thing over again. I have a feeling he did all of the things he listed in the article but since she left he's reflecting on it and thinking "I could have given more!"

There's an episode of How I Met Your Mother that showed a very similar scale. https://youtube.com/watch?v=uN_sSXKbzHk

My husband likes Banana Republic and American Eagle. We've found a lot of nice t-shirts and button down shirts from both. Hope that helps!

There is the option to get married for tax purposes but those are the same for common law so whats the point. Common law is different in most states, and some don't have it at all.

Maybe they would be happy if the little girl said "I want to be a Dad!" Yeah, take that, gender roles! lol

It may be weird but the first time the meaning of the word 'love' actually made sense was when I heard a song lyric: "Love, love is a verb, love is a doing word..." - Teardrop by Massive Attack That line has always felt very significant to me, even though I was pretty young when I first heard it. I feel like it compliments the article nicely.

I have no idea how many women my husband has been with and I don't care. It isn't that knowing would change anything its just, like you said, a non issue.

There are ways to do it with hair products now. Most people with dreads actually keep them clean and take care of them but it's quite a chore, otherwise you end up with a smelly moldy mess on your head. (ew)

Threesomes are very dangerous territory. I've known people (2 different married couples, both times it was a second woman brought into the bedroom) who did that and, from what I've seen it never ends well for the marriage. Would not recommend.

(I guess this will make for a decent first time posting.) Engaged, consider ourselves married. We met online through a video game. First thing I noticed was his voice. He just has a really attractive voice. Then He added me on Facebook and I found out the personality and the voice had everything else to match! Our similar interests is an awesome cherry on top! :) We met twice in person before we both took the big risk of me driving 4 hours to move in with him. We've been together for over 3 year…
