They are self serving career politicians/bureaucrats who are experts at minimizing personal risk via bureacratic politics. “Go Along to Get Along” is their credo. They have minimal actual experience in training or leading combat units or operations. Good Company & Battalion Commanders rarely make it to Colonel or General. 3	My wife actually agrees with the idea that men should have the right to financially abort their responsibly of a child the same as a woman has the right to abort an unwanted pregnancy. 1	Reminder that male circumcision is not just a violation of basic human rights but also a non-solution to health issues that can be solved with basic hygiene and safe sex practices.
