1	How do I make this very hard life decision You can't get autologous (your own) culture-expanded (grown in a lab to greater numbers) stem cells legally in the US. You want your own cells. It's not known whether allogeneic cells work as well. BioXellerator might offer useful treatments, but a lot of the material on their website is gimmicky ("anti-aging," "rejuvenation," "sexual health," etc.).
