5	No More Boys scouts, Just girl scouts and scouts. This has happened in Australia for over a decade already, the Scouts is mixed gender but there's Girl Guides which are girls only. I was in the Scouts a decade ago for quite a few years and it got really shitty towards the end when everyone started growing up and becoming boyfriend/girlfriend with each other, and they brought their relationship drama with them. Well I guess I can't fault them for their honesty of quashing any kind of discussion that isn't just a circle jerk or sounding board. If people are hiring because of what they are (gender, race, religion, etc) instead of who they are (personality, skills) then that is anti-meritocratic, which means the company isn't hiring the best people suited for the job. If a company isn't hiring based on merit then it's no wonder that company performance doesn't improve. It's bad when females get their genitals mutilated against their will, but not males. That's how people view it.
