| 4 | The end …I’m not there yet. I recognize we had a wonderful life and incredible experiences. I recognize these experiences were real, but I’m still processing who I shared them with. This woman is not the same one I married. Maybe that’s the point you’re making - I miss you but I don’t miss YOU. This is tough. Getting better every day, but this is tough. | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/05/24 12:29 AM |
| 2 | Stuck todayThe grief comes in waves. Fortunately the waves get further and further apart. And there’s no rhyme or reason on what might trigger another wave. They suck, but they do dissipate. Keep staying busy occupying your mind and body (maybe go for a hike to nurse those sore muscles). Many of us are in similar boats as yours. | /r/Divorce_Men | 17/03/24 04:43 PM |
| 5 | When you stop coming here.I was just chatting with my therapist on Friday about this group and they said “that’s great to have an outlet and resource.” I told her I wasn’t sure. As I move through my divorce, the raw emotion I hear from so many shared stories is heartbreaking. It’s somewhat comforting to know I’m not the only one going through this pain, but the pain is still real - for all of us. I’m looking forward to when I check in a little less frequently, so your post does suggest a greener pasture is a little furth… | /r/Divorce_Men | 11/03/24 01:19 PM |
| 6 | Infuratiated by Instagram PostCold sweats just reading this. This is exactly my story. She processed me right out of our marriage and only told me about it after the fact. | /r/Divorce_Men | 27/01/24 04:54 AM |
