On “Pickme” energy, “friendship” breadcrumbing, digital boundaries and vetting other women for friendship. I would like to weigh in here if I may, (older 40’s) I’ve been an FDS member for over a year, not actively engaging but reading and absorbing. In short I won’t delve into my drama…I escaped a seven-year abusive NPD relationship back in March. The grand finale that concluded said relationship completely traumatized me (still processing that shit-show).Fortunately for me I had the means and had sought out the help of a therapist three years prior who specialized in trauma and narcissistic abuse.
