A source would be really useful. From a purely anecdotal point of view (thus take with a huge pinch of salt), I find I need 9 hours of sleep after a high intensity, high volume leg workout (Smolov). Personal mileage may vary, I always think it's best to listen to your body. I'm tempted to write my own post after all this broscience. Source: Squat 500lbs/227.5kg, 1390/630kg total

Firstly just go to the gym, don't be afraid to do the exercises. Secondly, watch videos online I recommend a YouTube series 'so you think you can squat/bench/deadline' (three separate videos). Alternatively ask someone to help, I promise someone who lifts heavy will be happy to help.

Do people take this persona of yours seriously? The false sense of masculinity is laughable. Kindly, I am far above the average lifter.

Why is steak the best form of protein? To take dietary advice on someone who is physiologically so radically different from the average lifter is probably misrepresenting their opinion.

I personally can not recommend this highly enough. Does involve about 2 hours in the gym though, but consider your goals and priorities if you think you can not commit to that.

Nope, I'm a 300/465/550lb bench/squat/deadlift lifter (with injured shoulders unrelated to lifting) and have never heard anyone be successful on your program. Stick to a simple linear program that makes you complete around 75 reps at high intensity of bench and squat, and about 30-50 reps on deadlift. I really liked and excelled on ICF 5x5.

Care to elaborate on how the 2007 crisis was intentional? Just curious

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
