I’m not sure what stage yall are at but the most healing started once I went no contact with her - not sure if it’s possible for you (kids and what not) but get yourself a therapist, don’t let yourself get stuck in those thought loops. They don’t deserve your energy - find an outlet for your anger & start thinking about that life you deserve & how you’re gonna start working towards it daily brother.
