Do both. I’ll end my workouts with farmers walks - use a hex bar loaded up for a few sets of heavy and short 30s - 45s bursts. Once I’m burnt out, I half the weight and pretty much go until my grip strength completely fails. Best of both worlds imo. Very taxing on your nervous system though so I only do it like that once a week.

There’s way more potential factors than just a low body fat percentage. First off all, unless you’re like sub 8%, it’s highly unlikely that that contributed to the limp dick. Depression, drug use (prescription or non), alcohol, porn/masturbation habits, and hydration are all factors here.
