It’s alright, it’s conscious of the required amount of fat and protein. I try to ensure my carbs aren’t too much from sugar and instead slow releasing brown carbs or from fruit and veg. I try to get my fats from nuts or nut butters or from fattier meats like steak / salmon if I feel like having it. I’m not gay but I’d still stand up for their rights. Any injustice / hypocrisy in the world interests me. As someone who made a decision to Gmow I can still look at the issue and wonder why people do it. I can still care, but not in a way where it personally effects me.

6’2 here, literally forget that people are different heights, pretty much can’t tell the difference between 5’8-6’0. Only time I notice height is when people are taller, but tall people always look less proportioned than shorter people.

This. It’s so sad that white men apparently aren’t “able” to be discriminated against. Like how? Is our skin colour and sex really make us not human and unable to see personal injustice? Racism isn’t about needing a huge movement or anything it’s simple things, like being the exact same as someone else but because you’re a white male, the job isn’t yours?
