Get your kids on a 50/50 schedule with you should be the biggest priority. Go for the alimony and don't fall for the stereotypes around divorce associated with the father's being weak in exercising equal rights in the family law system. I'd say even with the 30k increase you are still low balling yourself.

Serve her first and don't think twice about it. You live in Florida now plain and simple. Run with that before it's too late and you have to argue for Florida jurisdiction after she files in Ohio.

Just get your lawyer to question the relevance of the texts to the current. Does she need to grasp at straws from the distant past to build her case? Ask her for evidence that connects the old texts to her experience with you...I wouldn't stress to much if there is no correlation

That could get really expensive. I would deny the texts and question the relevance of them being applied as leverage to the mediation. You were not a father then and becoming a father matures any man that takes fatherhood seriously. Further to this, text messages are not taken very seriously in court from my experience. They can be easily photoshopped and you can request to have the evidence verified which may be impossible if your ex doesn't have the phone in question. Also, if you can't rememb…

She recorded the conversation. She will paint you in divorce proceedings as unwilling to work with her in regards to your soons needs, in this case medical needs....more than likely she will try to get full custody of your son. Where she makes all decisions regarding education and medical in regards to your son. Just keep all conversations and focus about your son moving forward. Her boyfriends don't have anything to do with your son's medical needs.

It's important to realize that if she made this claim to your son's it can be used in court against her. This is incredibly traumatic for your son's as they feel abandoned by you for another family. Start recording every interaction with your wife moving forward...it will help you immensely during family court proceedings.

Don't cancel the gym membership as it would tip her off. I would say you are to depressed to work and reduce your hours to offset child support. That's within your control

They maybe but not for every woman. I mean how do you feel when a woman says "all men are pigs"? Same concept

Self awareness is on point ☝️. Last thing we need is to perpetuate generalizations between the genders further.

He made the Hannibal serious incredibly interesting to watch. Hard role to take on since Anthony Hopkins did a remarkable performance in the movie. Mad seems more Hannibal than Hopkins to me by the end of the series.

Clearly toxic feminists have taken over alot of these groups. What blows my mind is how they are blind to the fact that they are harming woman's rights long term. The real woman that understand the meaning of equality between men and woman would have valued this posters solution.

Timing was a bit suspicious, right when he was traded to New England. Odds are she was trying to use his trade as pressure to settle for an easy payout. Also , why a civil case rather than pressing criminal charges? Sexual assault warrent's criminal charges, yet here she is trying to make a buck. Definitely not a typical route to take for a woman that was truly sexually assaulted.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
