I'm a nurse. Sleeping with patients is a big no no. She can lose her license over that, pending the Nurse's College discretion. Let her supervisors know. Would be a huge reals over feels wakeup call.

Two cold approaches this week, happy about that. Slipping back in BP behaviour though, focusing on purging BP media (music, facebook) and then re-starting from the foundations.

Interesting analysis. I'm bouncing off point seven. One girl right after the other, yes... You will become exhausted from continuous rejection. However, approaching with periods of relaxation and reframing between approaches allows you to better handle rejection, or success. An example of this is approaching once per day, or three times per week. I have been cold approaching once per three days on average, and find that both my anxiety stabilizes, and my confidence strengthens after each experie…

Substance abuse is WAY down, but I still want to be able to enjoy drugs when permissable. Why chance and temp yourself into substance abuse again. You have a past history of abusing. Enjoying drugs will be a an unfeasible battle in which you may slip back to your old toxic habits.

IF is gold. Saves you money and time as you don't have to worry about food. I did a fast/eat 20/4 split, eating between 1800-2200. Class all day, then gym, then all my calories in two sittings. Game changer for fat lost, really helped me lower my bodyfat.

Pleasant and friendly, but while being direct, honest, and with established boundaries.

Currently 23. How did you learn this balance? I'm stuck between two identities: being pleasant/kind vs. stone faced/mad, douchey looking. A lot of this is ego-defence and my past experiences, and I really want to be more pleasant and welcoming, but still manly and stoic.

Lifting and NoFap were the game changers for me. I still relapse and watch porn (.gifs) once in a while. Need to work harder there to fully eliminate porn. Lifting took me two years to make it a religion. It takes time to build positive habits. Start off with small changes, like making your bed every morning.

To newbies who want to get into lifting. Took me 2 years of 'fuckarounditis' and hating the gym to finally stick with it. Positive habits take time. Embracing the suck takes even longer. Now I cannot go two days without lifting, my emotions get too edgy and I feel 'off.' Keep at it, and make sure your diet is on point. That was the game changer for me to finally start making progress. Sculpting your body and seeing your body grow does wonders for your confidence and how others respect you. The n…

Burns out in the wilderness, that sounds crazy fun. I'd love to get into this exotic gig style when I have the time, I've only done weddings, company parties, a top 40 clubs. Did you get these gigs simply through networking and word of mouth? Also, would love to check out your page (YT, SC) if you have one.

What kind of gigs do you do for raves? I can't prioritize my djing right now, but would love to get into more underground gigs (ie. psy trance).

Love this idea. My best plates have been direct invite fucking on first meetup. Question though. On tinder game /real life game, is it better to ask them to come over or lead by saying you should come over? " We are having drinks this Friday at my place" Vs "Wanna come over for drinks Friday?"

This nice guy helped her get off the hard drugs. And all he gets back from her is a tolerance for settlement. Holy fucking shit. This is as real as it gets.

Practice your game/social skills over time through random encounters. Here are some of mine I did this week: I like your hair (random cashier) Don't work too hard to drive-thru worker At hospital - food service workers enter elevator with random tray of food. I ask if they have any cookies for me when it was obviously a sandwhich tray - they both laugh and play along for 10 seconds socially before get off at the next level. These random encounters may sound silly, but they have been immense to f…

This has happened to me and I've seen it happen to others. Seeing a man accommodating to a settling girls actions without seeing the settling truth just makes it even worse for the man. Thanks for your elaborate response, it helped vastly.

Your point is interesting but I'm still unclear on what exactly settling means. Could you elaborate?

I get what you're feeling. Change the lonely label to an isolation label. That helped me a lot. When I am isolated (or with people) I like to do activities that make me happy such as writing and mixing music. This resulting happiness is completely internal versus external (making a perfect mixing transition - I did this all by myself, fuck yes I'm awesome). I don't know how often you PMO, but I find that I am a lot more socially smooth and witty when I go 7 days without orgasming. Try making an …

I disagree. Four factors contribute to SMV: status, looks, money, game. If you have little of one you make up with another or you improve your weak one. Look at Patrice O'Neil. Obese in looks but made up his SMV with game. Lose the arrogant labels, we are all trying to become better humans.

I went from 260lbs in high school to 175lbs after first year college (6'2). Never measured body fat but I went from plump faced to chiseled jawline. After the weight loss I was noticed for the first time in my life. Girls approached and men respected me. The feeling of consistent peer attention over rare peet attention fucked me up and blew my mind. It was as if I evolved from a shunned diseased leopard to a jousting knight. Body composition is crucial.

She has to help herself before you can. Loving yourself (self-improvement) is a pre-cursor to having others love you (external respect).

I'm there right now. I continuously fuck up with girls in some way, leaving me to think what's the point of even bothering (right now atleast). Despite having descent confidence and wit, the fuck ups make me realize I need to raise my SMV and continue deprogramming. Honestly, I gotta just keep investing in myself. Ghost all them bitches until I get my shit together.

That's a golden response, clever and witty yet still logistic bound.

Do you have any general rapport examples that you like to use? One of mine is to relate back to a good memory (a situation where you made her laugh for example)

Great point thanks. You have to climb to logistics not jump to it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
