Sweet. I'm still in the camp that you might have been a little too high-energy and not reading her attempts to neutralise & end the interaction (I've been guilty of the same plenty of times), but hope for your sake that she does get in touch.

I understand the culture there to be that you don't even make small talk with store cashiers, let alone talking to a stranger. Btw did she reply?

Christ. In Sweden a cold approach like this is basically a crime

Funnily enough I made out with guys for the first time like a month ago. But I have no idea how Google could know that.

Yeah bookstores are absolutely my go-to place to meet girls. Has an automatic filter in place to remove the air-heads, plus you can easily talk about books you're reading as a non-small-talk topic.

I have a problem where I'm half - way through the "fake it to make it" prices. So I have to actively remind myself to be confident etc. This kind've results in me holding my frame too strongly, some times people seem to find it off putting that I'm so sure of myself. Does that make sense? Anyone have any suggestions about how to make the frame more natural?

I think you should set up an experiment confirming this bias. Post the same text twice but with the genders reversed and see how the responses differ.

My limiting belief is that girls who won't find me attractive won't want to kiss me

I'm not sure how bad your approach anxiety is. If it's crippling, then start by just asking random girls for directions to xyz building and leave. If you're not scared but never know what to say just learn some canned stuff until it gets easier. Golden line is "I thought you were cute and wanted to meet you, what's your name?" What do you think is making you come off as desperate? A few comments: You will naturally become less desperate the more you talk to girls. So do it. There's nothing despe…

Smile constantly, look people in the eyes, stand up straight, speak deliberately and assuredly.

Leagues are bullshit. Heaps of hot chicks are completely vapid and uninteresting. Just her thinking she's out of my league makes her out of mine.

My friends and I just drop the word boyfriend into the discussion if we're not interested. If more than one of us is interested, then the competitive flirting and subtle backstabbing begins.
