It isn't 100% always reversible. And there are certain risks to it, and they generally won't do it to anyone under the age of about 30, unless they have a very good reason. I have pondered getting one to remove the risk, and then reversing it; but the risks are far too great, and it just isn't worth it, even thought it is possible.

I am pretty sure the responsibility lies with those who are in the relationship. He didn't really have to try or ask for anything. I just watched a film called Baby Face (1933), if you have the time, seriously go watch it. It shows how honest they were, even though they had censorship left right and center. I agree, it's just in the context of this post, he based his opinion of success, or one-upping the other guy by basis on Sex alone. The point would be: Either she is low-balling the number to not seem like she is that big of a slut. I think the point he may have been crudely making was that: the wealthier the country, that is more connected to the western world, the women will have higher standards. I think it speaks to the availability of the girl. She can be attracted to you, but if she is with someone else, she may not be interested.
