Not sure why you're getting down voted this is solid advice. OP Also consider getting some mental health help, the first 3 years are hard and postpartum can still make you feel plenty of 'feels'. You are not alone in the crying every time you try to talk about how you are feeling. Do cry, on your own, with a friend and professionals if possible, mourn your old self, get help and flourish.
