In future im planning to read specialized complicated scientific psychychology and psychopathology methods for doctors. But ig thats not what u r interested in. Last normal book i finished was "Small wars" by Lee Child. Its Jack Reacher series. Its very good books serie, i suggest u read it, kinda well-written, worth of time.

im follower of Zen. There is no meditation, coz meditation has subject of achievement, while in Zen it doesnt exist. Just everyday "peaceful contemplation", as in one koan was written. Zen is also about concentration, because part of it is fully being focused in now, in action or noaction. I suggest u read about it, it may also help you. Results of meditation u talkin about is calmer mind and better concentration, but it cant ever compare with doing Zen everyday. Also detachment from everything …

Well, i had been mgtow even before i knew about it existence. I just somehow knew that women are egoistic whores, who do not respect men at all, that they are like animals. Overall mgtow helped me structurise my life principles, also gave me field for creating content.
