Having the nice guy mentality will basically be an instant red flag for any modern woman

Give her the space she needs, she will respect you for honoring her wishes. If you want to have sex ask if she wants to have sex and that should be the end of the problem. “She didn’t say no out loud” isn’t a yes and any yes you get after you’ve tried to convince her to change her mind from “no” will be disingenuous. Women want to be wanted but they don’t like to be questioned about how they feel when they are certain and they definitely don’t like men they have to babysit.

Statistics and averages mean nothing to individual situations just because someone had sex in a certain situation doesn’t mean you will. Knowing these things wont increase your chances of having sex. The only times you might get a guarantee for sex is if you’re somewhere that it’s legal and acceptable for you to pay for it. If you don’t want to pay for it because you’d rather someone be physically (sexually) attracted to you then you need to work on yourself until you’re interesting enough to so…

Then you aren’t having a conversation, She’s running through a checklist to see it she’s interested in you because she doesn’t want to become emotionally invested in someone she isn’t interested in. You could deal with it and resign yourself to being talked at for the rest of your life, you could stand up and walk away (relationships where the member’s test each other’s loyalty, honesty or integrity are not relationships worth maintaining because they are toxic), you could try to make them reali…

Idk cause a distraction, make a fool of your self or something. “Make” eye contact, most men are invisible if they don’t find a way to distinguish themselves from the others. Be noticeable.

Even in moderation alcohol will still destroy your kidney’s because it poisonous to our bodies, alcoholism is a disease that every person is capable of developing. Weed has never killed anyone and isn’t physically addictive comparing the two is ridiculous.

https://www.verywellmind.com/bac-and-drink-conversions-for-men-by-weight-22481#toc-blood-alcohol-in-men “On average, one standard American drink will produce a blood alcohol concentration of between 0.02 and 0.04. Most light and moderate drinkers will feel subtle effects at this level.”

Wow not only are you defending rapists, and pedophiles but now you want to add drunk driver’s to the corner of people you’re rooting for?

“Actual intoxication” happens after ingesting any amount of alcohol, legal intoxication happens at a blood alcohol content of .08 in the united states

And you’re ok with raping drunk people so… idk i feel i won this one

One drink starts the intoxication. You dont just suddenly become drunk once you’ve had 4 drinks in an hour dumbass.

What a 🤡 your argument to achieve the moral high ground in an argument about your questionable sexual activity is “ Ibet you dont even drink bro”

Well its a good thing I don’t keep company like you because i would seriously begin to question my safety if I were to have a drink around you.

Maybe if you stopped drinking so much you would realize how many people you’ve raped.

3 drinks in an hour and a woman is legally intoxicated. 4 drinks in an hour a man is legally intoxicated. One drink and you’re either a third or a quarter of the way to fully drunk.

Ok rapey mckinley you have fun with that

Why are you in such denial? Having one drink makes you intoxicated period. Legal intoxication level of .08 has nothing to do with it, whether the government recognizes it as a rape has nothing to do with it. The facts are that You took advantage of someone who’s mental faculties were not fully present. Its categorically sexual assault, on the same scale of severity as pedophilia. It’s rape no matter which way you choose to look at it.

A single drink is enough to make you a rapist.

That’s disgusting, People who need alcohol to enjoy sex need support with their substance abuse issues. Enjoy your friends who enjoy taking casual risks with consent and rapey scenarios I’m sure that’ll work out for you all. “People can and do consent under the influence” is not a valid argument because everyone knows that consent given while under the influence isn’t valid in any scenario. You sound like a kid who just started drinking and feels the need to brag about how much they drink/fuck. …

Disagree all you want, that wont make you right. The fact is that the moment a person ingests any amount of alcohol the first symptoms of drunkenness are lowered inhibitions and decision making skills. Therefore any state of drunk is too drunk to consent.

She made the friendship talk stop trying with this person and move on. Cut and dry they’re not interested in being what you want them to be. They want a friend you want something more leave her alone unless you’re capable of only being friends, put anything else out of your head. You dont have a relationship with this person and they have actively opted out of any possibility of one forming, cut your losses
