Bitcoin has this already addressed with the introduction of segwit. If you use a segwit wallet/address/exchage you reduce fees by about 40%. I have no idea what all that means. Most men have a biological drive for sex with women. Women know this and use that to demand, effectively, payment in the form of various gifts and behaviors to get it. Ah got it. Well (from Canada) I have wife and 2 kids and my rate is actually 43%. And I'm not complaining considering what I get it's a pretty good deal. Daycare when my kids were small wasn't much of a tax break at the end of the year because you got it directly every month in a subsidized price... $7/day/child. That really helped. A year off paid shared as you wish between the parents was pretty useful too.
