Very good point. I did the math and I could have been fluent in 2-3 languages in the time I spent playing RuneScape. This is according to government statistics for language-learning. Game developers definitely know what they're doing, and their addictive formulas work. Like you said, video games for socialization is likely best.

Good idea. Not enough people take advantage of personal statements or mantras. Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill is a self-improvement staple and stresses the importance of such a mantra. Keep focusing on you.

My wife found out I had been browsing redpill. She used it against me and mentioned how stupid and wrong she thought it was. My response: " Damn that sucks, I was gonna get 'TRP' tattooed on my forehead. It means that much to me." After that, she didnt mention TRP and even laughed about what I said. Pretty much just exaggerate how evil redpill is and they may just realize how silly they're acting. Don't try to explain it to somebody that isn't ready, agree and amplify.

Great advice that I've never seen before. My wife always quotes her anxiety, stress, or lack of energy. Her mom is constantly complaining about these things and often has meltdowns because of it...I was an idiot not to see this sooner. Can't change genetics.

I just swallowed it aroudn two month ago and have been lurking on this sub. I didn't understand completely why my marriage was falling apart so quickly and how I practically feel nothing for the person I'm married to. Now I have come to understand a huge part of it. About two weeks ago my wife and I got into an argument. She tried to get physical and succeeded (not the first time). The next day she wanted to talk it out. We drove to the park and she let me talk first. I told her point-blank with…
