I think only one party should want to have to grow through with an abortion, as childbirth is very important, and I see abortion as slightly morally wrong, but not enough to be for a ban already. And if neither consent to abortion or custody, the kid could be put up for adoption, what currently happens when people don't want to keep a child but don't morally agree with abortion.
