The thing about rape accusations is that they're terrible for both men and women. Men are treated as if they're guilty until proven innocent, but women are also automatically treated as if they're lying. It's bad for everyone whereas family law is more clearly biased against men.

Probably the most obvious would be in cases of family rights. Men tend to get the raw end of the deal when it comes to custody disputes because it's assumed that women ought to be raising children.

You should go if your daughter wants you there. Do you have a way to talk to her without her mother present? If you can, ask her what she wants. As important as this is to you, this is even more important for her. If you can't talk to her, I say go, but don't sit right up front. Maybe stay in the back where she can see you if she wants, but if she doesn't want you there, you can still leave.

...there is a difference between consenting and having fun, and violence.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
