My last landlord was staffed by 90% women. The building was literally falling down when I left. As in a city engineer came by and nearly condemned it unless they put structural braces on the front and forced them to commit to massive repairs. Not there anymore.

People really rack their brains trying to figure out how they're a victim. POS people make a career out of it - very popular these days #meetoo etc. Once you declare yourself a victim you are swept up into the gears of the machine and ground up, agency removed.

It's good to be angry for a bit. But it gets very tiring. It makes your life shitty and stressful. It takes a lot of self control to let it go for your own well-being. Not forgive, but stop letting it drain you.

For food, my father bought me an emulsifying blender for a gift. I make kale, flax seeds, fruit etc smoothies for breakfast and dinner. Huge general health improvement so far. I eat regular food for lunch. Anyway, I went from $120 a week to $50 a week for groceries. The frozen meats and dried goods get used much more infrequently.

I've really been digging sci-fi movies from the 40s and 50s lately. The guys work together to survive/kill the monster/contain the radiation etc. The women are treated according to their demonstrated abilities. Bimbos get told to stfu and smarter girls are consulted and help. But there's never this, "It's my turn" childish bullshit. Hell, there's even mutual respect when the job is done. Seems like an alien society now even though I saw glimpses as a child.

It used to be out in the open. A prevailing right-ness that fathers would instill in their boys, give them confidence. Then the 'sexual revolution' happened, PC culture. Speaking of the right of men was shamed into silence in one of the greatest propaganda movements ever seen. From the late 60s to now has been a long slide down to the bottom. We are climbing back to where we belong.
