Well in fairness if you are with a shy girl, she could very well be stroking her hair in nervous anticipation. It's too mixed to use as a signal really though.

if she touches her hair a lot, similarly if she takes her hair from one side and exposes her neck This myth always gets bandied around with no backing in terms of body language psychology. Touching one's own hair can be a sign of anxiety or insecurity, nervous behaviour or defensiveness. Also, a lot of girls with longer hair simply have a habit of touching/stroking it without much meaning for body language (which is damaging for one's hair). Not so much for this video, but sometimes the elaboration on the steps or points is more important than the points themselves. I find the speed function useful on youtube - watching a TED talk on x2 speed still gives me the same info but in half the time. It just depends how you learn I guess.

It's only 4:46 long... Step 1: Find isolation to do the exercise - somewhere amongst nature is great, with a notebook and pen. Question 1: What do I want? Question 2: What are the things in my life that are NOT serving me? Question 3: What am I doing well? (What are the things that are going well and helping me out) It's pretty standard self-improvement stuff - awareness, eliminating habits that don't serve you, training habits that do.
