Not only don’t tell them now, but try to never say anything negative about her to them. Ever. She’s their mother. If she literally never did another thing for you, she gave you two children.

Yeah, the description below changes my opinion too. Sorry to hear you’re dealing with someone that disagreeable. Get a lawyer ASAP!

I feel you bro. Just a thought, but try writing her a letter that it's time to discuss a divorce. Getting your thoughts down in the letter might help you know, once and for all, that it's really time. Be positive where you can, "maybe we can both be happier and healthier apart," "I will never say an ill-word about you to our children," "we'll both have a chance for a new start" etc.) Then, if the letter confirms in your heart that it's really time, leave the letter for her and give her a day to …

Sorry, but legally, her inheritance has zip to do with your divorce.

Can you work full time? Lots of jobs out there today.

Wish I had the answer, Buddy. But, don’t be too hard on yourself. If there’s someone out there who hasn’t made mistakes, I’d like to meet them.

Give yourself time. You’re going through one of the most difficult things in life. Give yourself time to grieve, repair, renew and ultimately, heal.

Hiding money. Courts will frown upon that.

Give yourself time to adjust. Your life has been entwined with someone else and now you have to learn to adjust to single life. Remake yourself. Become the person you were before your marriage, or better still, become the person you always wanted to be. You’re stronger and more resilient than you know.

It will take some time, but eventually you’ll get to a place where you can look back and just be happy she’s not part of your life anymore. Just take it one day and one step at a time. You got this!

Broke through the storm myself recently. I was dreading it, but it was worth it. No regrets.

Ask your primary physician for a referral to a therapist. There’s no shame in needing to talk this through with a professional therapist. It may help get through this transition. Hang in there.

Good on you bro! For finding solace, and for encouraging others who may still be healing.

You got this. Keep your cool. Take it one day at a time to get to a better place.

Dude, that sounds terrible. I realize you’re probably in shock right now, and you should probably get some counseling, but why would you want her back at this point? Maybe it’s time to move on.

OP’s right, but sadly many women have trouble losing weight after giving birth.

Feels, man. That sounds like a really bad situation. I don’t see anything in your post about you consulting with an attorney, which is what you need to do ASAP (w/o telling her). You might get moral support here, but you need good legal advice about these matters.
