5	Crushed When I went through my early separation period I connected with an old friend who’d endured the death of his spouse and both parents in a very short time period, and recommended having lorazepam on hand for the “pull cord in case of emergency” panic attack moments, along with Trazodone when you absolutely cannot sleep.
