It means you should deny your animal nature in order to maintain some sort of moral and ethical consistency. The same expectation is set to women in regards to hypergamy. Although that doesn't mean you shouldn't try to be better yourself. Surely, there are other reasons besides sex?

I know a couple where the mom is stay at hime and the dad does labor at a paint company. The mom takes care of there 4(?) kids. They might have more now. They have a rinky dink house and seem fine. The guy has two brothers with their own lives that visit the kids occasionally, probably help out and buy them a treat. Obviously, you'd want to be more well off but if that dude can do it I dont see why its a rich only deal. On the otherhand, I know dudes working for 15-20/hr at Banking and factory j…

Ever play with blocks as a kid? You stack em up and make this awesome tower and when you're done, the most satisfying option is to crash the whole thing to the ground.

So as to not offend anyone with my Christianity, I'll word it as: don't sex up someone unless you're sincerely willing to take responsibility for all the consequences that would have resulted without modern birth control, abortion, STD medication, child support, etc.

Your situation is a little more extreme but yea. If I could channel all my sex drive and attraction into motivation, I'd do it. I'd very muuch like to be a hermit but I like women too much to not be social.

You made it more specific though. A woman who has worked hard who is more successful can be willing to submit. By say "career woman who has sacrificed a lot" you're creating an image of a specific type person with a specific temperament which, I agree wouldn't submit. My sister mkes more as a doctor but she's with a common army man. If the disparity is not massive and the man has some level of personal strength and status (cuz army is still repsected and he's a good dude as well so it compounds)…

You are thinking of traditional methods without none if the historical religious influence for people to be moral. If thats the case, then yea, tradcon men and women are at a loss. I would also say that a women who makes more and has a better job who does submit would likely be submitting genuinely as opposed to one whose best economical choice is submission. Submission isn't about the amount of power disparity they have but the relinquishing of it to the other party.

I don't know if that part about the upset population is true for this sub. Most of the vocal red/black pill, MGTOW folk are non-religous. In any case they seem to bash tradcons a lot which monotheistic religious people tend more towards. As for the women, the vocal ones also came to be quite promiscuous which doesn't fly in most religions. I would call them bitter as well. Lastly, the rhetoric on this sub seems to have a fixation on sex out of marriage whether as leverage or as a goal (plates). …

Christian. Yes it has influenced me a lot. My lack of happiness is more from my own ineptitude but I am content with having to work on that. In general though, I despise how the majority of men and women think about relationships but that's what it be so it doesn't bother me much. For the most part, I see people who are too selfish or too spineless. My take on gender roles is basically, you can have your freedom if expression BUT you have obligations you need to fulfill so do them. A healthy doe…

No one wants to be settled for but RP theory states that men are often settled for by women. The idea is that women don't accept the reality of their situation which is that they're not that great and the really top tier folk are gonna get together. So instead of accepting herself and Joe Schmoe as being on the sams level, she berates him so she can keep the idea that she deserves better. That she is not a Plain Jane. So if we let things play out but add men "knowing their worth" then they kick …

I'm a Christian man and I feel guilty for not being a virgin so you situation with is understandable. I'd like to start by saying the rape was not your fault so don't let it burden you. People will say what they want but the truth is the truth. If you are a Christian then I would tell you to go read your Bible and pray. With the current situation of moral relativity, no one's really gonna accept a man's own moral standard. The whole of PPD could be considered a discussion on relationship ethics. The old arguments have already been used to dissmiss any real moral backbone in favor of the feminist individualism.

Idk about that. At college campuses there's a huge disparity. I think the only virgin women I knew were the devout catholics and my sister. Or at least thats what I know based on what I've been told, have heard, and have seen. Theres even more disparity for the engineering population. I knew so many male nerds who got nothing. The female nerds usually had a lot of attention (from engineers cuz duh) and the regular engineering women mingled with engineering and non-engineering social circles.

Dude, parent's are supposed to teach their kids. Do you really want kids to have so much time at school? Breaks should be used appropriately by parents to instruct their kids in some way (since most people don't farm anymore). As for university, technically students are supposed to be working or doing some form of apprenticeship during breaks. Winter break has less opportunities but a dilligent person can accomplish a lot during that time. Given how poor the education system is even at a Univers…

Romantic love is a type of exclusive commitment. Sex is not love BUT should sex ever be apart from love? My answer is no. Sex being special and exclusive gives the pair something to bond over which no one else shares. Its like in grade school when your best friend and you keep a secret. Not to mention the biological mechanism of seratonin release basically compelling attachment between a sexual couple. Almost like it was designed/evolved/whatever to keep people together. As for myself, I am an INTP. I didn't learn about this stuff until my break from dating but it certainly has explained my ineffectiveness 😄 as well as my one few successes. Here's one observation. Some guys chase the gal and they're good at it. Some guys chase the gal and it goes wrong until they stop. At that the point the gal does an about face and reciprocates. This is because some types are inherently more tuned to being wanter or the wanted. A simple example: alpha who sits back at takes th…

Check out the somewhat controversial CS Joseph and his take on typology. Not completely basless as he takes the ideas from a lot of prominent psycology folk but with a different spin. One important commentary is that the predominantly xxSJ culture has created the desireable male archetypes of bad boy/tough guy, handy man, artist, and brazillian/spanish/exotic lover. That would coincide with ESTP, ISTP, ISFP, and ESFP. The ESTJ male is also highly favored in society but has less romantic mystique…

That sometimes a man has to be a man and make his decision apart from the opinions of the women in his life. It's not because I'm inconsiderate or rude. Also, if I am being nice don't assume weakness. I am being considerate of you which you've previously been disgruntled that I wasn't doing when I was exercising autonomy. Basically, I will be amiable or assert as I see fit and it's not indicative of a lack of one or another.

The RedPill is an accurate depiction of the potential depravity and temptations present for women. Its like the desire to steal. There ought to be systems in place (like law for stealing) that make you question yourself and hopefully come to your senses. In the case of the west, these systems have been largely removed for female nature.

Excellent answer. I'd add that its seems like in the past, you "become a man" so to speak and then get your woman and have sex. Thay would be back when the Beta side was actually highly valued. People started giving/getting sex really early subverting all the manhood stuff. It's associated with achieving the same manhood as derived from the past values but really its just exploiting the new circumstances for sex.

To me, sex is tied to matters of the heart. The heart which is explained songs and poetry. Sex exclusivity isn't really about the sex. Its about the exclusivity of the sex. The skill is secondary and honestly can probably be developed regardless of multiple sexual partners. My ex and I were virgins and we explored a lot of things on our own, making it good for both. People don't lose value per say but their sex sure loses value. Their commitment loses value. A person who sides with everyone (lik…

To preface all problems are eliminated if the people are just. I get the feeling that your version of a patriarchy already comes with the implication that men would do the right thing. Male polygamy is destructive. In a patriarchy where polygamy is rampant there where will be those who are deprived, not necessarily because they are weak, but simply because some other men have that much more power than they. Aka a darwinian free for all. Eventually you'll reach critical mass where the disgruntled…

There are also aspects of male sexuality that must be kept in check. Patriarchies don't necessarily facilitate that. Rather patriarchies should only exist given that the men taking part are actually strong men who are also noble and just.

Men do though. Physically at least men are capavle and have done so. I'm no feminist though or anything. It seems apparent to me that both gender do this with their respective strengths. Men dominate with "hard" power so to speak and (as example) in an act of sexual violence it can be thougjt of that that the psyche is attacked through physical means (rape rids women of options at least in the moment). Women will do the same thing through "soft" power, mainly manipulation and social leverage (wh…

Not all standards are equal and some aspects make up for others. I get what you mean though. Its good to call people out for not living better than they expect others to. E.g. I rejected a girl a few months back because, despite decent chemistry, she was much chunkier than I expected (partially due to good picture taking). I realized I should exercise and eat healthier if I was gonna reject someone over that.

Irrational and wrong. You have to be your mental point of origin. Live and be as a man. That scenario you gave actually happens to a lot of people. They start losing themselves when in a relationship and become a mere shell. You have to be you apart from any others because a relationship is two people. Not a person + sex object.

That the fix to gender issues isn't to say "oh you guys are bad so we're gonna be bad too". It's for both to be better.
