Why MRA has become my 'Feminist' subreddit.Yes I guess it was an overstatement. But it seems that when feminists admit that men face issues as well its blamed on the patriarchy, and instead of a acceptance of everyone's issues its more of a your issues will just float away if you solve our issues. | /r/MensRights | 10/06/13 06:17 PM
Why MRA has become my 'Feminist' subreddit.Whilst I focus on the male experience, I know women still get fucked over to varying degrees. I'd love a world where NO ONE gets fucked over due to sex/gender/etc. issues and people judge each other by the content of their character> And therein lies the real difference between the movements. We acknowledge everyone has issues and everyone's issues are important. | /r/MensRights | 10/06/13 04:57 PM
Hey guys, active duty army DV survivor here. This is part of my therapy and recovery, telling my story. If you were on base housing I can only imagine it being 100 times worse. I mean who are you really able to go to except the Chaplin and you know he takes everything you say and hands it right off to the First Sgt. I feel for you man the more I think about it the more I realize just how even more fucked you were for being in. I don't think most civilians realize just how political things get once you've surpassed a certain rank. After 10 yrs in it becomes a very very small world, and even a hint … | /r/MensRights | 26/03/13 06:37 PM
Hey guys, active duty army DV survivor here. This is part of my therapy and recovery, telling my story. Not here, not in his situation. MP's immediately even more so than civilian law enforcement blame the man. Even the specter of having abused your wife will cripple your career. There are no white knights like Military White Knights. | /r/MensRights | 26/03/13 01:32 PM

The difficulties of raising a son within the Princess CultureYes, why do the great male examples need to come from a TV screen? My Son who is 4 will go away on many father son camping and fishing trips, trips that have been in existence for generations (he will be the 5th generation to partake in the trip.) There he will be around family and friends who's morals and attitudes I approve of. My older boy has coaches and youth group leaders he looks up to as well. It bothers me that she blames "Disney" and no one bats an eyelid. The fault is hers for not int… | /r/MensRights | 23/02/13 04:01 AM

Do not get divorced in California. Leave, gain residency in another state, then file. They are lonely, you get to live off base, and they think it gets them a bigger paycheck. | /r/MensRights | 18/09/12 02:00 PM
Do not get divorced in California. Leave, gain residency in another state, then file.I lived with my wife for 10 years before getting married, in a non-common law state, a decade is a good chunk of time to ferret out the crazies. A First Sgt told this lowly Cpl that 50-75% of all military marriages end in divorce, and asked if I would get on a plane that had a 50% chance of crashing. I owe that man so much, so so much. | /r/MensRights | 18/09/12 12:06 AM

What real life event made you realize that the mens rights movement is important?Agreed its why I've held off, I did walk down one day and asked her dad to reinforce not knocking on our door as sleeping babies plus dogs plus people knocking is a good way to ruin my one brief hour of quiet each Saturday. I'm pretty sure he was tweeking and I felt like crap walking away. I wish CPS wasn't so horrible at its job and that I could trust them to do the right thing. I'd love to talk it over with the father but how do you approach the "hey why is your daughter rolling around the nei… | /r/MensRights | 23/08/12 07:00 PM
What real life event made you realize that the mens rights movement is important? There is a little girl (9 years old) who riders her bike around our neighborhood every weekend, her dad is "visiting" his lady friend who lives in our neighborhood and she's only with her dad on the weekends. I like to putz around in my garage doing woodworking projects or working on the lawn/garden. This little girl is terribly lonely and always tries to hang around and talk to me when I'm working. When my kids are outside with me (3 kids 5 and younger) or my wife is around I have no issue with… | /r/MensRights | 23/08/12 02:55 PM
Man demonized by media for not taking a bullet for his girlfriend in Aurora shooting.Old NBC specialist here, even after 4 years in tear gas, it still sucked I just learned to hide it better. | /r/MensRights | 28/07/12 01:50 AM
A company that shows Dad/Toddler interaction in a positive light. Eebee BabyMy two young kids love this show, which I stumbled upon one day. As I watched it more I realized ey had two male actors who show up in almost every episode, playing and interacting with children from a wide range of races of both sexes. The men are not the typical "bumbling" father figure, but shown in a positive light. If your interested comcast has them on demand or you can find their website here http://www.eebee.com/about.html | /r/MensRights | 25/07/12 06:00 PM

I'm a girl and...I doubt you'll find anyone here who hates women....We dislike the unfairness in the system. If we hated women our lives would be much less complicated, and we'd spend alot more time at /r/gaybros, which is actually a damn cool subreddit when you think about it. | /r/MensRights | 27/04/12 02:00 PM
