It was a white supremacist if I recall... (Not that that invalidates it)

Yes, veganism isn't inherently unhealthy. You just need to do your fucking research on diet and fucking lift. I'd argue that the #1 problem with vegans is their mentality: obsession with low calorie/low protein foods, eschewing of traditional bodybuilding macros, non aggressiveness/ femininization of behavior. I say all this as a vegetarian bro.

Soy is estrogenic, but will only have long term effects if taken at a level that exceeds your body's ability to buffer its natural estrogen. That dude was drinking 3 quarts of soy milk a day! That'd be akin to me linking to a story about a guy who had a heart attack after eating 5 steaks a day and telling you to eliminate all steak from your diet. I've seen no evidence to suggest that consistent moderate soy intake will raise your estrogen levels, but would happily reconsider.

He's in college, the same rules don't apply since the dating pool is artificially limited. OP, have fun, go to parties, don't get into LTRs, and enjoy the easiest social life that you'll have for a while. With that in mind prepare yourself for life after college with a good degree, work ethic, and physique.

Purposely picking a poorly performing time-frame doesn't make for a strong point, especially since time lowers (non-leveraged ) investment risk. Most on this sub are young and have decent future earnings potential; it's not the time to be so risk averse.

I guess we both could be a little more verbose since I agree with that completely. There are far to many couch-jockey sedditors, and you should really adopt a practice/theory ratio (RSD says 4:1).

Yes, but you could say that with anything and it's smart to reuse others' efforts. That's the whole point of the community.

Yep, this is not gender specific, and is really about having the more powerful "frame"

Blueprint seconded. In my opinion RSD is the best for personal improvement in the long term.

Tyler Durden (Owen) claims that being rich is bad for short term/one night stands because the only girls that care are the ones who want to lead you on for the money and will take things slower to do so.
