I'd argue that the #1 problem with vegans is their mentality: obsession with low calorie/low protein foods, eschewing of traditional bodybuilding macros, non aggressiveness/ femininization of behavior. 3	New father, horrified by what our current mainstream American society wants my son to become. Soy is estrogenic, but will only have long term effects if taken at a level that exceeds your body's ability to buffer its natural estrogen. That dude was drinking 3 quarts of soy milk a day! That'd be akin to me linking to a story about a guy who had a heart attack after eating 5 steaks a day and telling you to eliminate all steak from your diet. 1	The Dave Ramsey plan for getting yourself into financial freedom. Purposely picking a poorly performing time-frame doesn't make for a strong point, especially since time lowers (non-leveraged ) investment risk.
