You are absolutely right. But tbh part of it comes from the fact that fathers much less often tend to take care of their children than mother in public spaces. It mostly comes from the fact that it's usually mother who leaves work to take care of children so father is very often busy and doesn't have that much time to play with their kids. Which still doesn't justify any discrimination against fathers obviously, but might be the reason for some of that weird looks or whatever. When something is …

I think they're pro-life and trying to say that neither a woman nor a man should have a right to not take a responsilbility for a child and want to both make abortion illegal and oblige one parent who doesn't want to get involved to pay a child support.
