Why even bother arguing? Let them do their thing and focus on your own beliefs. Trying to prove that other people are wrong is pointless.

I can't possibly change after YEARS of this strategy. I don't think they are even aware that it is a strategy. They're basically brainwashed to believe that it is the only way to behave.

In addition to this: earplugs. If you live with other people who happen to be noisy or on a busy road then these things can fuck with your sleep. If you keep waking up during the night give them a try. Also get f.lux for your PC and Twilight for your phone if you use these late at night. It's been proven with studies that staring at bright screens (emitting blue wavelength light) late at night can mess with your sleep and make you fall asleep later. Don't underestimate the importance of making s…

I'm a literal work of art and should be charging men an admission fee to look at me, talk to me, or think about me My sides. The solipsism has reached critical levels. I literally have no words.

It took me getting emotionally destroyed from 3 breakups to realise. I blamed them for a long time until I realised it was my disgusting beta tendencies and behaviours that were the problem. I don't hate them any more. I started the path of self improvement shortly after and I have never looked back.

I still get slightly uncomfortable when reading about guys like this. Even after years of reading and applying RP theory. I know a few guys like this. The most natural alphas I've ever seen and fit the descriptions above perfectly. Whenever I would start to doubt if TRP was really true I would just remember back to those guys I knew and how they were around women and then everything made sense once again.

Things will get worse before they get better. With unrestricted open hypergamy thanks to rampant feminism, ruined marriage values, the destruction of the family unit and the shift towards open relationships and polygamy, the 80/20 rule will turn into 90/10 and eventually into 99/1. A very, very small number of men (alphas) will do ALL of the fucking and baby making while betas will continue to get shit on and have their resources extracted to support all the alpha sperm (I think this will be leg…

I remember a while ago my friend moved into a new place with some new housemates and he was telling me about this girl that lived there who was a super slutty stripper (major red flag). We were out at a bar and she meets us there having just finished her shift. She instantly begins telling my mate how horny she is and was looking for some dick (she was really into him but he wasn't bothered). My mate introduces me to her. Her: "Hi RAGING_ERECTION, do you want to have sex?" Me: (instantly) "No." …

I'm not going to deny that vanity for me is a big part of lifting. I love looking good. I'm very proud of my transformation and it has taken years. There is a few other things you get from lifting besides looking aesthetic as fuck. These things can be incredibly powerful if you apply them to other areas of your life. Dedication. Never giving up. Discipline. A strong mind. Confidence. Stoicism. If you want to get anywhere in lifting / bodybuilding you need these things. Your physique isn't just a…

Women derive most of their social power through their looks and sexuality. Fat, old and ugly women have no social power, so feminism is a way for them to have the same social power that those 9 and 10/10 HBs have. Have you ever seen a 9 or a 10 complain about inequality and not being treated fairly? No, because they have incredible amounts of power and live life on easy mode. "Being an ugly woman is a lot like being a man - you're gonna have to work"

I have a question for you guys after reading this post - if you were in OP's shoes would you have tried even harder to try and get through to him? I only ask because if it was my best friend I would probably do everything I could to avoid a train wreck like that. At what point to you "give up" trying to help? Or do you even try in the first place?

Your predictions for the next 10 years are spot on. I believe cuckoldry will be legally enforced at some point in the future. Something along the lines of no parental rights as a father whatsoever, no paternity tests, you just pay for the bastard child or you go to jail. It will either be that unmarried men (and no one else) will be taxed through the roof in order to support all the single mothers alpha spawn.

Never compromise your values just to get some pussy. A while ago I was out with some friends at a club. I met a girl, 7/10, and immediately I start getting red flags from her. I like to think I'm a good judge of someone's character and can read people well but something about this chick was just completely off. Crazy vibes. After making out for a while she invites me back to her place. At this point I had had my share of crazy girls and I couldn't be bothered dealing with another. I also didn't …

A woman saying "men should find me attractive even though I'm obese" is the equivalent to betas saying "women should like me even though I'm fat, have no social skills, no career, no money and no power" Everyone knows what a load of shit it is.

Gender dynamics are going to get very interesting in the next 10 years or so. Feminism will just keep pushing more and more until men have literally no social power whatsoever. I sincerely believe there will be some kind of legally enforced cuckoldry / AFBB in the future. Omegas and betas will get more and more angry and I believe 1 or more of the following will happen; We will see a huge rise in men adopting RP principles and concepts. Huge rise in MGTOW. Huge rise in male suicide rates (but no…

"If you don't ask you don't receive" You wont get anywhere in your career unless you kick up a fuss. If you think you can just sit back, do your work and expect your boss to hand you more money and promotions you are very wrong. Work your ASS off, every day, 120%. Stay late. Take extra responsibilities. Then if you feel like you're not being paid enough, lay out exactly the reasons why - even better if you have numbers and figures and give justifications why. 99% of women think that they can attract any man they want. They believe down to their bones that they are the most valuable and important thing in the universe. Not only that, they believe they deserve and are entitled to any man they want - particularly the top 1% rich 6'5" millionaire rock-star - just for simply existing and having a vagina.

As soon as I hit puberty I turned into a fat sack of shit. My early teens I had absolutely zero self confidence / self esteem and it messed me up pretty bad. I hated my body. I got rejected a lot. I started losing weight when I was 17 and started going out a lot more - bars and clubbing every single weekend and by 19 I was thin. My confidence went through the roof. I made up for a lot of lost years partying for the couple of years and it was incredible. I now have a physique that is better than …

I remember years ago when I was at the height of my beta behaviour I used to orbit a couple of female friends in a large group that I regularly went out drinking / clubbing with. About 3 of the girls had all set up "marriage arrangements" with me - e.g. if we were both in our 30's and single we would tie the knot. I was strangely proud of this at the time, and with a smug sense of superiority told some of my friends about all these arrangements I had with the girls. These girls were literally re…

Alpha is contextual. You have alphas in every area of life for many different reasons. I respect my boss because he is very good at what he does in the work environment and he is undoubtedly the alpha of our team. However, if he stepped into the gym with me and we worked out together, it would be the complete opposite because he's never lifted a day in his life whereas I have years of strength and experience. Understand? You can also have alphas that are truly shitty people (search Corey Worthin…

in another decade or two, one-sided poly marriages will be a somewhat common thing. Sexless men who are just happy to have a wife, marrying women who are free to go fuck whoever they want. I've said it on here before and I'll say it again: The female imperative and current western society will not stop until their AF/BB sexual strategy is legally enforced. I realised I was chasing after some "friends" like Brad. I was making 100% of the effort and they would always barely reply usually with some excuse. I cut them out completely. Never give more than you receive in relationships - friendship or sexual. You just end up looking like a chump.

I think it could be boiled down even further - When a woman calls a man an asshole I see it as basically "He does not submit to my frame" (eg shit tests) OR "He doesn't submit to anyone else's frame" (eg other men for social power)

They are forever searching for the mythical man who satisfies both sets of characteristics that they want, not realizing that this man is a figment of their imagination and does not exist. If some of you are unaware, most female romance fantasies (50 Shades, Twilight etc) are this exact concept. The perfect rich, tall, handsome alpha that is absolutely dying to commit to an entirely average, boring woman. In her mind it is the ultimate jackpot.

What he was talking about essentially was just plain old Hypergamy. I think the race thing was just trying to justify the fact that he didn't even consider trying to improve himself. Male hamster at work. Women don't like me because I'm low value -> I'm going to create a bunch of data to prove this (no shit) -> All women are bad. I needed to get burned to wake up For me it took exactly 3 long term relationships of getting treated like shit, cheated on and dumped before I realised it was my beta behaviour that was the problem. For some men that number might be lower and some will probably go their entire lives subscribed to the BP beta style of thinking. I feel sorry for these men.

30 years or 30 days, it doesn't really matter. AWALT. A friend of mine had just started dating a girl he met on Tinder who I strongly suspected was a gold digger. As soon as she found out that he recently just got made redundant from his well paid job she was gone like the fucking wind. I feel bad for my friend but I couldn't help chuckle at what happened.

This is called satisfying both sides of a woman's dualistic sexual strategy - AF and BB at the same time. It is a key component for any LTR outside of a hookup and getting the balance just right is very difficult but it can be done.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if AF/BB will be enforced in the legal system at some point in the future. Make it illegal for low SMV guys to even attempt to attract a woman, and only that top 1% alpha cock has legal access to every single woman. The ultimate feminist utopia.

Even though there are way more low SMV men than women (80/20), low SMV women have plenty of safety nets and systems in place to either raise their SMV or give them the same power that those 8's, 9's and 10's have (this is a major part of feminism - giving low SMV women power, hence why the majority of feminists are fatties). If you are a low SMV man you have absolutely NOTHING to help you. All you get is disgust from everyone around you. This is why male homelessness and male suicide rates are t…

I wouldn't cut out fats and carbs completely. You need a decent amount of fats to regulate your testosterone levels - low fat diets are a bad idea for men. Complex carbs are also a requirement for building muscle (protein synthesis) so don't go too low on them either. I completely agree about sugar though. It is disgusting.

It's because their beliefs are SO ingrained and so deeply rooted that if you question (or attack) their beliefs, they see it as if you are attacking them personally. I can fully relate to your story too, I was in the exact same position. I was unhappy and unsuccessful with girls for years. I started piecing things together myself and RP just confirmed everything. Becoming a provider / BB was a legitimate and successful for option for men... 40 years ago. This was because women needed men for support and cash otherwise they would be living on the street. Now that women no longer need men (which have been replaced by the government and even themselves) the provider strategy for men no longer works, is high risk and low reward. This is why men are retreating from society. They are conditioned to believe that the provider strategy is the only way to go and w…

I would highly recommend reading "The Definitive Book of Body Language" by Allan and Barbara Pease. You can find it as a PDF on Google pretty easily. Your outward body language is essentially a reflection of your internal state. Weak body language means you are feeling vulnerable and insecure. After reading this book I notice everyone's body language now. It's very interesting.

Remember, men are the keepers of time and commitment, women are the keepers of sex. By liking and commenting on girls status' and photos you are essentially saying "you have successfully captured my attention and I will validate you". You are throwing away your power by giving your attention and validation away for free - this is a huge beta male trait. Alpha males would never give away their time and attention so easily. Facebook is a waste of time.

Monk mode is the male version of hamstering. You are essentially rationalising why you're not improving your skills with women. "Oh I'm not going to approach that 7/10 that works in the coffee place today because I'm in monk mode!" "Oh yeah I would totally talk to that girl at the bar who was giving me the eyes but I can't tonight bro, I'm in monk mode." Get a grip.

I get strong eye contact and looks from women just by wearing decent fitted stylish clothes. I guess being tall and built helps too. Seriously, go out and check out the fashion sense of most men. 80% of dudes look like shit or are awkwardly dressed and matched.

The person who cares the least in the relationship has all the power. You gave her all the power. Even if you have an absolute incredible connection with a girl, even if you think you are absolutely perfect for each other you can never show it. I started the path of self improvement at 22 when I finished University (and before I discovered TRP). It's quite simple, I divided me life into 3 main categories - Career / Finance, Health / Fitness and Relationships (both sexual and other). Agreed. The way I see it is - why WOULDN'T you make yourself as attractive as possible? Western society is incredibly shallow and vapid. We judge people based on appearance all the time, as much as you might disagree and and scream that this fact "isn't fair" doesn't make it any less true. I have a few tips on LTR / girlfriend game. I was planning on making a separate post about it but I might as well post here. The secret to LTR's is the balance between your Alpha and Beta traits, and how to use them to keep her around. Push / Pull Push her away with Alpha traits and then pull her back in with some Beta. The reason why fat acceptance will never work is because it goes against human biology. No matter how much these fatties complain and moan, men will never ever be attracted to them, because of natural selection. A man will choose a thin woman over a fat woman 100% of the time.

I mentioned this in another comment but this is why Twilight was such a big hit. The main character (Bella) is described as average looking with no remarkable features. Beta until proven Alpha. Girls can't figure out your SMV based on appearance alone like men can with women. This is the purpose of shit tests - to find out if you can hold your frame and prove to her you have high SMV. In public, women will view every single man (other than celebrities) as beta. This is why they are so rude and treat you like shit because you, in her eyes are lower value than her and they don't give a shit about you. However, run some game on her and pass her shit tests and watc…

I think the reason why white girls hate it so much is because it discredits everything they believe in (feminism). Which do you honestly think men prefer? I never really understood why books like 50 Shades and Twilight were so popular until I understood TRP. Think about it... The main protagonist is a completely normal average "boring" looking girl with no distinguishing features (you average woman can relate hard) who meets this super mysterious good looking alpha male who ignores her at first and then is completely in love and obsessed with her because he thinks she is SO special and SO unique. And then you introduce ANOTHER good looking mysteri…

My GF is on birth control and it hasn't affected her sex drive at all. She still loves my masculine features (muscularity, beard and chest hair) and she's up for fucking whenever we feel like it. It depends on the type of pill and what hormones are in it.

200-500 calories under your TDEE combined with lifting and a little cardio. Diet should be the IIFYM approach. It's really not that difficult. The problem is people don't see any change after a few days and then give up. It takes a long time to see results.

I've been lifting and eating properly for over 2 years now. I've put on over 10kg of muscle and reduced my body fat. I'm currently 6'3" and 91kg (200lbs). Best thing I've ever done. It took a LOT of research and experimentation to get to this point. I believe I have an advanced understanding of nutrition and exercise but I see the same people fail over and over at attempting to change because they simply don't listen and refuse to learn and them blame any external factor they can. A friend's ide…

I remember my grandfather had an old fireplace in his house that required coal / wood. I remember him teaching me how to chop firewood when I was a young boy with a small axe / hatchet. Looking back, he was pretty RP and taught me some valuable life lessons. I don't really see that any more - lessons being passed down from one generation of men to another.

I've been thinking about this a lot recently, is it a shit test or not? Women seem to walk straight into me ALL THE TIME and I don't know why. I see them, they see me and they straight up EXPECT me to just move completely out of the way for them. I don't mind if we both make an effort but seriously, you're not even going to move an inch? I'm 6'3", 200lbs of muscle, I don't know what they think is going to happen. But if you make NO attempt to move at all, I'm going to walk straight through you, …

I got rid of Facebook months ago. Between the millions of baby pictures, the showing off, the humble bragging and the false impressions people give off about their lives and the constant attention whoring, validation seeking and vague-booking - it's a waste of time. I keep in contact with the people that matter with my phone. I've actually had a few girls curiously ask me why I deleted it with a bit of interest, presumably because they assume I have better things to do (which I do) and they can'…

Back when I was BETAMAX I was "in love" with this girl I knew from work. We chatted online for hours every night, me being her emotional tampon and offering advice about her "asshole" boyfriend who was railing her every day. Anyway, one time she was visiting me I offered my bed to her while I slept on the cold, hard floor (serious). That fallout from that shit was ironically what took me the first step towards TRP.

On a related note: what do you do if a chubby / fatty starts shit testing you? This has happened before and she was then hovering around me all night while I was trying my best to ignore her.

As a 6'3", 200lbs dude who's been lifting for 2 years: can confirm everything in this article. Don't think that you will get ladies throwing themselves at you constantly but it DOES make everything easier and you get a lot more IOI's.

Just to jump in with a compliment to your theory that I believe many men are unaware of - the effect of artificial hormones and toxins in our environment to male sexual health. Call me a conspiracy nutjob but this stuff fits in VERY nicely with your theory above. Testosterone Levels in Men Decline Over Past Two Decades Artificial Estrogen is in fucking everything and causes MASSIVE harm The Disappearing Male, a VERY interesting documentary about declining male fertility

There is a LOT of RP in rap music. Have a look at some lyrics from a D12 track called Nasty Mind [Swifty McVay] Huh, I'm too swift on my toes to get caught up wit you hoes You don't know me, see I ain't gotta front or play the role I'm an O.G., I know when you bein phony See you probably bonin them officers just to pull up on me That's why sixty percent of women is lonely They get in my mix only, then try to creep slowly because they nosy I ain't listen to what, my momma told me I fuck 'em and p…

I've been training seriously for about 2 years now. Best thing I've ever done. I used to think girls were attracted to the results of fitness / body building on a pure physical level, while still true to a lesser extent I think it's more about the results it indirectly causes... confidence, self-esteem, discipline, PASSION, dedication, determination - girls go crazy for that shit (which in turn increases social proof etc). However I no longer lift for girls, I lift for myself. Once you start thi…

I can't seem to meet a woman who DOESN'T look down at everyone she interacts with, all the while acting as if she is doing me and everyone else a favor by talking to us. The ego on these women is baffling to me. This is literally 95% of women I meet. Down to her bones she thinks she is instantly better than you. Even the 5/10's and fatties think they have a higher value than you. I believe this is largely due to how we raise young girls and combined with conditioning from being WK'd by every sin…

I remember a while back before I discovered TRP or Game I would occasionally have some very alpha moments without really trying or know why it worked so well. I was round a friends house for pre-drinks before heading to a bar. The house was FULL of people and everyone was drinking and having a good time. I was pretty wasted when a female friend (L) walks in with a legit 10/10. Absolutely stunning. Every dude was staring but no one dared speak to her (seriously). Being shit-faced and horny I walk…

I think a lot of men went through similar, if not exactly the same thing - myself included. In school it seems like boys are punished for masculine behaviour and rewarded for feminine behaviour. Do you think that this has anything to do with the fact that most teachers in school are female? I think you're lucky you've started to figure this out at a young age. I'm 24 and I've been slowly been figuring this stuff out over the last few years (coincidently as the result of some bad break-ups). My t…
