2	Why are so many girls fat? In the USA, sugar (or variations of it like high-fructose corn syrup) is in nearly everything. It IS very addictive. I have been on keto for a year, and when I vacationed recently I let myself have some treats with sugar in them and I am still fighting the desire for junk food. It is amazing how addictive it is, and very bad for your long-term health! I must disagree respectfully about Keto taking more will-power. 2	Take Control of the Wheel. Quit Eating Sugar. I did this in October and by January I went from 220 to 180 and I'm staying around 175 now. I also found out that eating lots of carbs gives you a sort of brain fog; I am so clear headed now. If you have access to Netflix, watch The Magic Pill.
