The title is misinformation. The people that end up on this register are people who have actually been convicted of DV. 1	A dad complained that in his view a child support worker was manipulating his income in order to make him pay so much in child support that he would be impoverished, and be unable to pay rent and would likely be too poor to have have transportation to see his child Why no LTRs?
