It totally happens. When I was younger, I never talked to girls, and when I did, it rarely went well. I've been on and off with working on myself for a few years now, and a few months ago I really challenged myself to just always be going out and trying to talk to girls, and there have been more than a few times I've been shocked at what I managed to accomplish. If you haven't read Models yet, I highly advise reading it. What really helped me out recently, I would go to a cafe, get a hot chocola…

Get sexual with her. Not in a pervy way, but make sexual comments at an appropriate time, and see how she reacts. If she gets really angry, while you might think that's a bad thing, it's actually really good, because now you know what she's like, and you won't waste your time

TL;DR: Don't text her good morning, and in general cut back on how much texting you do Sounds like you're using too much digital communication. Smart phones are amazing for millions of reasons, being romantic is not one of them. Obviously discovering people through Tinder is (well, can be) great, but once you get a lead, don't waste your time with the relatively soulless method of texting. If you're not staring into her beautiful eyes, you're moving too slow! Just set the date, forget that you h…

Grow a pair and talk to her. Of course, there's more to it than that, but that is the most important part of seduction.

It's true man. I mess around a lot on the piano, and you can't try to do a good improv. You just do a good improv, and maybe sometimes it sucks, but trying doesn't help

As someone who has asked a question right here, just earlier today, I think I might give some insight into why I did that. Believe it or not, I've been here for more than a year, and during that time, I'd say I've been more or less putting a lot of effort to incorporate the ideas discussed here in my life. I've read the featured side bars more than once, so to say that I'm just a lazy person who wasted the time of seddit rather than do my own research would be a very flawed perspective. To use m…

I get what you're saying, but just something about that doesn't sit well in my mind. Like, I don't really like talking to ugly girls - maybe it's a matter of pride, and I know that it's caused problems for me in the past, but it just feels wrong for me. Like, I don't want to feel like I have to talk to ugly women just to feel good about myself. That's maybe not the most precise way to put it, but it just doesn't sit well with me.

Take a look at the diCarlo Escalation Ladder. Even though nothing is law, I found it helpful (especially the later parts ;) when I was trying to get a girl in bed with me (it worked, by the way)

While I am not saying that Models should be treated like the holy bible, in this case, I am inclined to agree with what Manson says - any approach is going to be at least a little bit awkward, not just for the guy, but also for the woman he is trying to talk to. What OP is advocating is, just let it be awkward, but I'm not sure that I agree with that - it is much more honest to acknowledge the awkwardness, but go ahead and prove you are a boss despite the awkwardness, as opposed to (awkwardly) i…

I think you are right on both ends, that aiming for the unconverted means making it much softer, and in that process, it's easy to end up being not very informative. Thus, I believe it is imperative to find the right balance, where there is information being communicated to the listener, but at the same time, they don't really feel as they are being forcefed what to do

Yeah, definitely real stories. Madeup stuff just isn't as good, especially because making things up is not my strong suit. I don't know if I made this clear in my original post, but my idea is to have the stories be narrated by whoever the story happened to, so if I get anybody from here who wants to get involved, then that episode would feature them and be based off of their experience. But I might try narrating some posts from here if I need filler.

After moving back to where I grew up after 1.5 years, trust me, girls can barely even remember your style. Just do whatever you want, and they will assume that's how you always were.

If a girl has the philosophy of "Seriousness first, then sex", you should respect her boundaries and not pull her out of her comfort zone, as she has good reasons for it, and you'll probably not end up anywhere with her without putting her in an uncomfortable situation. Just move on, and fuck girls who want to fuck You should see willingness to have sex as an attribute a girl either has, or doesn't have, on a level similar to having a killer body or that charmer smile. Would you ever consider co…

I remember that one of my mentors, when discussing interns working at his restaurant, said "If they don't make at least one screwup every week, I fire them, because they aren't doing enough" - Which applies here - If you don't screw up/get rejected on a regular basis, you might as well quit pickup (Not that I'm encouraging you to quit), as you aren't accomplishing anything - it's better to get rejected by a girl and learn from your mistakes than to never talk to women, and thus never learn the s…
