Short answer: You don't. Long answer: What kind of 'closure' are you looking for? What do you want her to say to you? That you weren't good enough? That it's her fault? That she just wanted to bang other guys? What combination of words could she say to you to make you feel 100% at ease with what happened? Closure is a myth. The bottom line is that you weren't good enough, so she dumped you. Get better. Take responsibility for not being good enough. Own it. Then improve yourself. The only way you…

This is the correct answer. You should only use them as supplements to a good diet.

This is why monk mode exists. Instead of trying to fake it or force it, you NEED to develop yourself. Trying to fit into an archetype is absolutely setting yourself up for failure. In doing this, you're living your life for others. You're looking for validation from others. You're living to manipulate other people's perception of you. You're faking it, and people will see through that shit (especially women) 100% of the time. Instead, just stop. Go monk. Fucking go Walden for at least 6 months. …

First off, breaking up with your girlfriend because some guys on the internet suggest being single is fucking stupid. Did you want to do it? That's fine. Did you only do it because other people advised you to? You're a goddamned idiot, and definitely not a man. Secondly, now that you've broken up with her and gotten rid of your excuse not to do the things you need to do to improve yourself, you need to actually do the things you need to do to improve yourself.

Almost immediately. It's a buffer for me. I'm a father. I write about fatherhood. I volunteer as a Big Brother. Helping kids is a big thing for me. If she's not into that, she's an immediate pass (unless she just wants to bang).

This is what monk mode is for. Be comfortable with the idea that you're not going to approach women for a while. Be comfortable with the idea that you're on your own for a while. Lift. Read. Get big, get interesting, and get your shit together. Once you learn to depend on yourself, you won't depend on others for happiness.

This is all really great advice. At the high school level, I don't really think the 'sexual strategy' part is super necessary. Just lift, focus on you, be social, and you'll get laid.

it may be a late lunch cuz I wanna sleep in Anything other than "yes" isn't worth your time. She prioritized something over you and used the word "maybe". You don't have time for "maybe". If you were Brad Pitt, would she have slept in?

Change your mindset about it. Just have fun, man. You're taking sex too seriously and psyching yourself up about it. This woman wants to sleep with you. Just accept it for that. Sex doesn't have to be some overly serious passionate thing.

/r/askTRP25/12/15 07:12 PM

Change your mindset. No one here can do that for you, and you're doing your damndest to sabotage yourself. You're adding 'so what' to the end of things to justify your apathy. If you're not willing to risk your comfort, then quite simply you don't have what it takes to succeed as a man. You want a girl? Fucking earn it. Lift. Eat right. Succeed as a man. Stop wasting your life. When are you going to get serious?

Don't do that. You fucked up, and you're going to fuck up more if you try to "fix it". Accept it as a loss, learn a lesson, and go to town with those 7 girls.

Improv is a good place for this too. 'Yes, and...' is rule #1 for improv comedy, and it can be easily used to agree and amplify. Improv is all about shared headspace - getting into a moment with your scene partners. I've used a lot of what I've learned from improv in interactions with people. If you're interested, I'd suggest picking up the UCB Improv Comedy Manual.

Ask questions based on what she talks about, but don't talk too much about yourself. Smile. Maintain eye contact. Escalate - touch her like she's already your girlfriend. Go to a couple different places - don't just stay at one. This establishes trust and builds the idea that she's going places with you, which will make it easier to take her to home. Have fun!

Your friend has different values than I do. If that's the kind of guy you want to be, be that guy. If you want to spin plates, it's best to be proactive. Your friend probably won't have a very good reputation, and your reputation is everything.

Despite the information you're getting here, it's very possible she just wants personal training. She could very well be concerned that you're going to break up with her if she loses her figure. That said, you are long distance and I think you should establish some boundaries with this and make it clear that if you smell something fishy AT ALL, you're going to end it. Ultimately, trust your gut bro.

You should be up-front about it. Tell them before you even have sex with them, that way you've established a precedent.

Diabetes can cause ED. Talk to your doctor, and don't be embarrassed about it. Mental and sexual health is just as important as physical health for TRP.

I don't think there's anything wrong with that as long as you're not just outright being a dick to others. Don't beat up your body, though. It needs time to rest. Rest time is helping you achieve, so you don't have to always be going going going. I would suggest finding ONE thing at a time and focusing on mastering it. You can do other things, but really try to drive that competitive spirit toward your main focus. That might help quell it a little bit.

Find something you enjoy doing and do it. You're following a script because you think you have to follow a script. Don't do that. Improve yourself physically and mentally, but make time to improve yourself "spiritually" too. (Spiritually probably isn't the right word, but you get it.

Don't do this shit just to be doing it. If you WANT to do it, do it. If you're only doing it because you think it's what you're supposed to be doing, you're not doing anything positive for yourself. The way you get better at getting what you want is by being honest with yourself and doing what you want.

Swimming and running are fantastic. You can build a good physical frame with swimming, but lifting will increase your testosterone significantly and build solid mass. Strength is one of the manliest of virtues, and you should be doing everything you can to become physically strong.

Either do your shitty job the best that you can or find another one that you like. You don't have an excuse not to work or to half-ass it. Yeah, sometimes talking to people sucks. Yeah, sometimes women are stupid. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But all you're doing is making excuses for why you can't do something when you know you can. You're perfectly capable of these things. TRP isn't an excuse to be a nihilist. Have some pride in yourself and shine that pride like a beacon.
/r/TheRedPill27/11/15 07:32 PM

Absolutely. If she asks "what are we doing tonight?", I'd just say something like "I'm going to do X at Y. You should come." Regardless of if she's interested, you'll have fun by yourself.

The best way is that you don't start like that. You start by asking a girl for the time. You start by giving yourself permission to talk to people without feeling like you need to close. You start be reframing your idea of 'success'. When your idea of 'success' is I have to get this girls number and go on a date with her, you're going to fail to the point of discouragement. When your idea of 'success' is I'm going to talk to a person, saying 'hi' means you've already won. You'll get your dopamin…

A subtle but powerful change you could have made - "I'm going to X bar at Y time" instead of "Let's meet here". Don't give her an option. Tell her without telling her "This is what I"m doing, you're welcome to come along".

Talk to people. Don't expect it to go anywhere. Don't try to make it go anywhere. Don't try to 'open' if you're uncomfortable just making conversation. All of your faults are fixable. Work on fixing them. That's what you're doing with monk mode. Just buckle down. Female attention isn't worth shit if you're not happy with yourself. Do that first. Get in shape. Eat more and lift more. Sleep more. Strike up conversation with strangers (men, too). Get your hobbies back. For god's sake, get your hobb…

Talk to your GP and get on some fucking zoloft bro. I was the same way. Just like you need to take care of your physical self, you should take care of your mental self. Sometimes we have shitty chemical imbalances that fuck us up. Medicine can help that. Do it. After about a month, you'll start enjoying things.
/r/askTRP04/11/15 01:33 PM

If you have follicles on your face, you're in luck. Minoxidil. The stuff in Rogaine. Go buy some, and twice a day (when you wake up and at least an hour before bed), put a small amount all over your beard line. Don't wipe it off, and don't wash your face for at least an hour. Trim/shave every few weeks. By week 7 or so you should start seeing results. It's gonna take a while, but over the course of about 6 months to a year, you should be able to grow a beard.
/r/askTRP

Not all of them will cheat, but treat all of them like they would. That's what AWALT means. It's not a hard fact that "All women are hypergamous and will branch swing", it's a tenet to help you develop abundance mentality and not get hung up on one.
/r/askTRP

I guess I misread your post. Nah, that's not bailing. Do things you'd be happy to do without her, and keep doing them. If she's not interested and you're cool with that, then it's no big deal. But don't at all think you have to reward her for not being interested in the things you are.
/r/askTRP

spend the time hiking thinking about what nice thing I can do for her to make up for leaving her You're not leaving her. She had the opportunity to go with you. She chose not to. She should be considering what nice thing she can do to make up for bailing on you, for not spending time with you doing something you enjoy because she's lazy and selfish.
/r/askTRP

I would caution against taking her to immediately dinner. Make it something casual that you enjoy. Do you have a bar you frequent? Do you like going to the driving range? Start there. "Hey, I'm going to go hit some golf balls at the range at 6. You should come." Don't ask her to come. Tell her she should come. Do what you're going to do and invite her. You're an interesting person who is more invested in yourself than you are in her. Then if you get hungry, you can go to dinner. You're trying to…
/r/askTRP

Proceed in the same way you would with any potential hookup - make plans to go somewhere, tell her you're going and that she's invited, and then go do that thing. If she shows up, fantastic. If not, have a good time by yourself.

Bro are you ready to have your mind blown by comedy? The UCB Comedy Improvisation Manual - This book is a great primer on improv comedy, and I can personally attest to this book being very formative for much of my comedic writing and, in fact, confidence as a person. Improv is a team sport, but this book teaches you the mechanics of comedy and group mind - something that's going to come in handy when you're on a date. It'll also teach you the value of 'yes, and...' to keep things moving. Comedy …
