no thats not how it works, Canada is just a friendly places then other countries. we have a tiny population and we do have some serial killers. A child predator doesnt stay in prison for long, i dont remember how long they need to server but its way less time then the usa, I dont have sympathy for rapist and child predators so i wish they could keep them longer in prison here in Canada
