It's probably easier just to wear a political shirt.

I always bring my pocket sand, and pre-meditation is purely coincidental.

Not for long, iPhones already do messaging over data and Google Messages has started enabling RCS on supporting carriers.

The video its self is probably harmless, but the act of selling it on the internet to people who pay to sexualize you crosses a lot of lines.

It probably comes down to how they worded the reports. If they said he allegedly beat his wife thats somewhat true, it was alleged. If it just said he beat his wife that's a lie.

They can't prove you got the letter unless you tell them you did, call in, or login to their website. He probably did one of those.

I'd entertain the concept that women shouldn't be drafted, though I think they should still have to register for selective service at 18 since the men do. But you can't even do fucking JURY DUTY for a day? If you really don't want to be on a jury just show up in a shirt that says "Legalize It" and tell the attorneys you don't trust cops if its criminal or you think litigious people suck if civil. But this bitch is too self important to show up?

The severity. Murder is your class A and states have different levels below that. Felonies are crimes punishable by a year or more and misdemeanors may have a jail sentence of less than 1 year. Either one could just get you probation depending on the situation.

I was going to say that this is the best example ever of how brothers don't like giving oral. Then I saw the reply.

That's certainly true! Many people's situation makes them easy to manipulate or get stuck in an abusive relationship. I certainly wouldn't subject children to that just because a few might like it.

I see what you're saying but the law shouldn't discriminate by gender. The reason why we don't let adults and children date is only partly about sex, it's also a huge power imbalance. On one hand you have a person with money, a car, knows the ways of the world, and has all the control. On the other you have a child. The power imbalance is too easy for the adult to manipulate the other, get them to do things they don't want to do just to please their meal ticket.

That got me thinking at what age would a boy win a physical fight against a fully grown woman, on the average. Honostly I came up with 12 or 13.

Reminds me of the beginning of Might Ducks. Emilio Estevez is getting arrested for DUI and he says to the cop "but it's my birthday". The cops response is something like "you're right, your license is expired. Happy Birthday".

Even if we don't draft women they should have to register, too. At least it's fair and the draft decision can be made later.

Most people would probably see this clip is so over the top it's fake. You also didn't notice in this one and his other bits people completely ignore the camera? There is always a certain percent of people who don't understand satire when they see it, which is actually another level of the joke it's self.

That's Ari Shaffir, he's a jewish comedian playing "The Amazing Racist", so I'm sure everyone was in on it. This is like saying you don't like how Borat treats people.

If I'm reading the right, the lady went to jail but the state is suing the boy for the foster care of the child? Very odd.

If you look closely her front bumper is damaged before the accident. Also, she doesn't want the police there, she just wants his information so she can tell the insurance whatever she wants.

In California you need a Cosmotologist license to cut hair commercially. Don't know why, it's probably a nanny state thing coupled with making sure they sterilize their equipment properly so you don't get lice.

He gave her plenty of time. If you are performing a licensed activity such as practicing law or medicine, operating a crane, cutting hair or driving a car, you are required to show that license upon request. If you want to be a self important asshole about it you get arrested.

Its more analogous to hiding money from your business partner. Marriage in most if not all states is a joint venture, each owns 50% of assets and 50% of debt.

Honostly stunned a merchant like Ralphs didn't make the transition to chip cards yet. If this card was issued with chip the cloned magnetic strip should be useless at an upgraded vendor. In the end they'll eat the cost of this, maybe they want to press charges against the girl?

It's a conviction so yes it's the same as if he pled guilty. The "no contest" thing is for rare cases.

The point of pleading no contest is you aren't "testifying" against yourself for civil purposes. If she sues him for something a guilty plea is easier to use against him. Most people who plead no contest do because it just sounds better.

Yes we need to consider that it wasn't a crime in Canada so it makes sense. If the U.S. gave asylum to someone from Dubai who kissed on the beach or someone from Iran who was gay, sure the original country would be angry but they could still qualify.
