Men are like garbage bags, fill them with your shit, then when he can't take any more, trash him and get a new one. If the first one breaks too easily, you may find you need one with a stronger handle or thicker overall. But remember, at the end of the day they're going in the trash, so there's no need to be gentle - some monster, probably.

Hope my ex who stalks me on Reddit sees this.

I feel you, after what I've been through, I spot Controlling and Coercive behaviour a mile off. And just like you I'm going to adopt a zero tolerance on abuse policy. Every action will be noted, with dates, and as soon as a pattern emerges or they get 3 strikes, they're out. Will never become a victim again, it's too traumatising. I'm also never discussing my finances with anyone again other than my accountant, under data protection, that's my data, not theirs, unless you marry, then it gets mur…

No way to 100% protect yourself. If you record your every interaction you'll be seen as controlling, unless you're a woman, then it's for protection. If you confirm all decisions through email it will be seen as weird. I'm hoping to go Shrek when I finally get out of this marriage. "The first thing I'm gonna do is build a 10-foot wall around my land." May even put up some KEEP OUT, and BEWARE OGRE signs, as that's how I'm perceived anyway. I'm going to track myself 24/7 for my own protection, an…

See, I understand her point, some men can be like this. But don't tar everyone with the same brush. Some women can be like this. E.g. The ones who complain men don't try anymore. You did it to yourselves, stop playing games, if you say no, then see ya. The problems we have are men and women both putting an entire gender into a box and stating they are the same. Nope, emotionally I align more with a stereotypical woman, but that makes no difference because I have a penis and I have to hide my vul…

Any update on your situation?

I agree, as a white CIS ASD male the system doesn't care and sees any reasoning stemming from our conditions as making excuses. A cell is always preferred to medical intervention by them.

This is probably the bleak reality.

Like you, "I have dreamed a dream, but now that dream has gone from me" I hope you fare better than I.

The best ones are when you comment on a Mensrights sub and get banned instantly by a separate sub that doesn't support men. Discrimination... Way I see it, if they're going to ban me for commenting on a Mensrights sub then I don't want to be subbed or contribute anyway.

No, I didn't look down on them, I just hoped it wouldn't be me. If the sub were still operating and I still had my same Reddit account id go back to those who said "tell me how it goes" saying "yeah, you were right" I was active on the MGTOW sub before it was taken down, I think r/incels was closed and they then flooded that sub turning it into woman hating, rather than men doing their own thing without women. I did read the stories, I didn't realise I was going to be one of them. I had a gut fe…

Blue pilled me believed marriage was, you make promises to each other to always be there for eachother and support eachother through thick and thin. And in that there's a safety that you'll both support eachother and can trust eachother. Unfortunately I've learned the hard way that those promises mean nothing, and love is truly blind. The end result is when she has got what she needs from you, she can abuse you then discard you, using that marriage document to take more than half of what is righ…

Are we the same person? The same thing happened to me bro. I was alienated from my friends and family, moved to her hometown, had kids and a house, married. She emotionally and psychologically abused me for years. And at times was physically abusive, but I could defend myself from that mostly. She never wanted to discuss separation, I was told "we'll talk about it later". And the discussion never happened. I self harmed, was on medication, therapy. Therapy in fact focused my attention to her bei…

This is what I fear, she managed to alienate me from my own parents somehow with her manipulation in her efforts to isolate me. I've started to rebuild that relationship now, but she is without a doubt doing the same to our kids. Alienated as both a child and a parent. I just want a record, maybe a vlog, of all the times I was there for them and the efforts I make. I can burn that to a disc or whatever media we have in the future and show them when they inevitably turn up angry with me for being…

I tried to lock WhatsApp whilst I was in the relationship, as in when you open the app it needs a pin or fingerprint. Not block. I've already searched for ways to recover and due to its end to end encryption there's nothing I can do. The programs online that claim tor cover messages are bogus. It's possible there are forensic ways to retrieve, but the police don't believe me enough to spend money searching my phone.

Getting drunk and acting psychotic, rare but I ignored it as drunkenness. Hating my parents, especially my mother. Her moving too quickly in the relationship. It being too perfect in the beginning.

That's it, taking my own life doesn't solve anything. It will be sweapt under the rug as "he was obviously mentally unstable, he might have done the same to the kids if he had them"

What's become clear to me is the feminists have won. It all appears very biased.

I tried looking online for WhatsApp recovery but didn't find anything and couldn't afford a new phone so yes it's likely overwritten. I also don't know when she deleted me evidence as it's only since separation I went back to find them missing. Google drive also is unrecoverable once deleted from the bin. I tried to lock my WhatsApp at the time but my phone didn't do it, my new phone does but it's a bit late now. I know now I need to enable notification history and have an app log all notificati…

She went through my phone and deleted my evidence and I didn't have a backup. She's able to tell a huge story of abuse and present a picture of plaster on the floor from me moving a light fixture, claiming it was damaged I caused to the house through violence, and it is believed. Claim that quite obvious injuries to myself are caused from my job, not her. I've had the trial, I wasn't believed. Telling the truth was a pointless exercise.
