Kissing is really difficult to explain how to do it. Also every girl is different. In my personal experience it is all about finding the right rhythm and synchronize to the girl. What is on your mind when you kiss? If you are too quick and aggressive it might be because you are busy in your head about a next step, escalating, worry about how she finds it etc. Maybe try just to focus on the moment and feeling, slow down to her pace and synchronize your movements to her.

Yes, girls are just as sexual as guys. They are just more afraid to be open about it, because guys like you then call her a hoe or slut etc. ​ Once a girl knows she is not being judged she'll open up.
