In regards to lifting, 6 times a week seems excessive. You want to work out as much and as hard as possible BUT you need rest and recovery so your muscles have time to respond and grow. You also want to make sure you are eating enough. 2,000 calories a day won’t cut it. You probably need around 3,500 depending on your intensity for big gainz. You gotta lift a lot more man. I can’t see your face, but assuming it is average, you sound like a pretty normal college guy. You have a solid two years of lifting, 3-4 times a week before you reach “noticeably” muscular/fit, probably around 170-175 lbs if you don’t add a lot of fat. Keep your grades up too and you would probably be a “good” catch. If you are a 6 right now, you can snag 6’s. Both busy with school and I had meeting to go to soon after. I walked her to her dorm and kissed outside it. She didn’t invite me in and didn’t really have time to hang out more today so didn’t push. Mainly wanted to get to know her, quick sweep for red flags, and get on base.

Always crazy to think about the change you can make in 3-4 years. Lift weights 3-4 times a week with some cardio and by the time you graduate will have gained 20 pounds of lean muscle. If you go to school together and have a lot of mutual friends then just don't be rude about breaking up. Next time you meet up just tell her face to face, "hey anon, you are a nice girl, but I am breaking up with you." That is the end. I'd suggest to use your car, but if drinking is involved then that is off the table. You might be able to schedule going over to their place sometime over the weekend when their parents are not around. A motel or something could work I guess, but I definitely agree college life is easier than summer living with parents.

I think you should next her. She is basically an unofficial ex with an awkward history who might not have treated you horribly, but she certainly did not treat you well. Probably best to move on and forget about her.

I think the event was pretty minor, but tweets of that nature are a red flag about her personality. It might not be so much about you as it is she has emotional or psychological issues.
