It's pretty simple. Be sure she's into you. When it comes time to get him to leave make a really subtle signal to her you want things to get a little frisky. Mb a little touch on the leg or lower back followed by looking into her eyes briefly. Then say outloud in front of the guy you and her are going to do something innocuous together, like watch netflix or help her clean up. If he persists at this point you have to step the fuck up and kick him out without completely giving away you're kicking…

I don't think he's talking about deficiencies. I think he's saying that the way most people look at supps is wrong. They create marginal changes that most people will never even need because there are such glaring flaws in their routine/diet or form. You basically have to have hit a significantly high level of performance to justify looking at every tiny little edge for however much those companies are charging. Hence - marketing. Supp companies make every single product look equally as importan…

I swear man, bureaucrats that fucking hate their lives are ruining this country. I can deal with women, its the bureaucrats that are impossible to be around.

Yeah, this is essentially what I came here to say as well. It's not about most resistance, but the right amount of resistance. You want to hit that point where you are "clicking" along at a difficulty level that is just enough to push your boundaries.

He's honestly one of the most important content creators RedPill has. I like to think of him as a baby roissy or rollo, and in my book if he wants to grow his brand I'm completely fine with it.

Theres alot of this on there but never take it personally, its almost always either some 11 year old cranked on mountain dew while masturbating furiously or a 45 year old grand wizard lashing out over a mistaken sense of identity hes fostered around a mongoloid shitboasting connection.

Alot of pol is baiting and satire. 4chan has a system in place where many guys will say or post the most upsetting things possible to keep the "normies" away, which in turn keeps the board from getting too soft or feminine. This preserves free speech and allows for actual topics to get discussed.

Yeah, I understand what you're saying. Of course saying they are this or that would be a bad thing, but this is meant to be used as a gauge to figure out what qualities a woman has and how different qualities tend to come with other personality types. People come in all shapes and sizes, but more often than not these patterns repeat and can be used to make inferences.

No it's absolutely true. I'm friends with a few stupid hot black chicks and they all have this odd desire to run screaming from their gene pool. Thats why so many straighten their hair, don't mind being the token black, etc etc. I've seen posts that are along the lines of "I only fuck with french boys"

Oh man, I was just thinking about this kinda shit on the car ride home today. One of the most annoying things a girl will do is say "you look like - (insert passive aggressive comment insinuating you're a beta)". Passive aggressive shit in the work place is ridiculously annoying.

Two things. Milo did a podcast with Rogan recently where he talks about how gays are getting pigeon holed into this "domestic" role. What he's saying is that gays are losing their victim role and are getting integrated into society, and then he goes onto say that the next realm for SJW's is pedophilia sympathizing. The larger issue here is that even gays are losing ground to feminists, they no longer have the invulnerability they once had against women. Women, and most specifically white women, …

You are not going to undo evolution with Twitter hashtag, mass media coverage, or a few new laws. You can't stop hypergamy. No you cannot stop "hypergamy", but you are in complete control of the rules that dictate what is valuable and what is not. We are constantly evolving, we are constantly adapting to an environment that is shifting before our feet. Survival of the fittest is constantly misconstrued as literally "survival of the fit". In reality it means whomever is best mutated to survive wi…

Nobody here said that women are unworthy of living past 30. Take that back wherever the fuck you got it from, please. Seriously, this is exactly the type of inflammatory exaggeration women consistently use in their speech. It's tough for people who live in a constant victimhood mindstate to not skew everything they hear and read into something that resembles what they understand. In this case, women hear: Women's value tanks after 30 because so much of our cultures focus in on their fertility an…

I agree with everything you said man, but there is something you're overlooking that I've echoed a bunch of times through this article that I'm going to point out again. This guy destroys careers When people function from the shadows, and have a following, that is very very dangerous for average people who don't have a following and attempt to rise up. This dude is every boss from fight club that hasn't had his double grande enema yet. He is every loser who holds back strong men through bureaucr…

I actually think he perfectly fills the "beta omega loser white knight" role PERFECTLY. People like having the best of every category to have as a reference point in their tribe. Kardashian is our global club slut, Hilary is our universal middle age white woman in a powersuit, and futerelle is the male omega feminist. When you embrace a role in society, no matter how rancid it is, you will inevitably get a large group of people to back you.

I actually really like that he pointed out the social engineering aspect of this. He might not be getting tons of cash, but he is absolutely doing it because he knows that he will build a ravenous fan base. He has created a haven for the disenfranchised, and the disenfranchised tend to be very determined, loyal and vote with their dollar more than other groups. That's a big deal

Case in point. Look at how many white men will back white feminists but will completely ignore black feminists (who frequently feel the white feminists are racist and usually have issues which are pretty legit compared to 'micro aggressions'). Wow, that's a viewpoint I've never even thought of. I also like thinking about how hypocritical and cowardly it is of feminists to never ever say a fucking word about how islam treats women. Neither of those things is a personal army. I'm pointing out futrelle, but the entire point of this article is to get people to try and uproot people like this more regularly. The reason they get away with shit is because they live in relative anonymity. You want people you talk to on the internet to send pizzas, strippers and clowns to someone's house. And I'm definitely not asking for this. Your inability to grasp the point of this article is exactly what is holding redpill back. It's this ina…

Dude I'm not saying we do what fatpeopleshame did. They doxxed people, they went after their homes. No, I'm talking about trends. Just getting a post to the top where we go, "hey, look at this asshole, he's doing this", and leaving it there is a big big big deal. If it picks up with mra's, someone like milo tweets it... fuck, that's the kind of shit I'm getting at. Using social media doesn't mean we are targeting anyone, it means we are finally playing the game

It matters because of two points I made in this post. Guys like this destroy careers. He exists in a world where he can rally juuuustttt enough feminists to create a cascade of shit wherever he needs, while remaining in relative anonymity. Everyone on redpill hates the thought of the world around them affecting them in a negative way, because "that's losing frame and you're not a man if the world affects you, plus you're a bitch". This is the most undermining self policing shit of all time. If w…

Thanks but I'm going to stick with this. If I can be a built, attractive doctor who can handle his shit in the workplace, household, and bedroom, I'm going to be okay in life. TRP is a guide, not a movement. Yeah I knew this kind of sentiment would be all over the place. That's why I don't think alot of you keyed in on what I was trying to focus on here. GUYS LIKE THIS DESTROY CAREERS This is the entire point of this article. They can do this because of the gray area they exist in. Not uber famous, but they have a following, and most importantly - feminists automatically aggro anything in their realm. It's the female defense mechanism. I had a feeling there would be SOMEONE in here blurting the old mantra "LOSING FRAME, NOT STOIC ENOUGH, WHY ADDRESS ISSUES, WE MEN, STOP USING BRAIN" Frame doesn't mean you can't go after the bullshit in society, it doesn't mean you can't speak up when you see something horrible around you. Whenever I hear shit about frame, I immediately think about the way feminists talk about mansplaining, or whining. unfortunately my post was removed because I linked to the soylent subreddit. But if you would like, they have people like yourself come on and essentially 'soy' troll. What I'm referring to is individuals such as yourself who read something like soy lecithin and don't understand it's usage or dosage in the actual batches they sell. The amount of soy lecithin is neither considered the 'base' of the product nor is it even remotely larger in quantity than you would see in many packaged foods. Trace…

Soylent is not soy based Shortcuts are an integral part of functioning in a lifestyle that doesn't allow you to cook regularly, package your food, bring it with you everywhere and so forth. As you progress into more demanding fields time and energy for that matter becomes an issue. Most people you see that are out of shape are grinding daily, they work 8-10 hour days, barely have enough time to see their families and workout for that matter. It's as accurate as one of those biometric bf measuring devices you can get off amazon. Essentially it measures the time it takes current to travel through one foot and get to the other. It then uses an algorithm to estimate how much resistance your body is putting up (fat) to the charge flowing through what otherwise should be a nice lean water and muscle composite body.
/r/TheRedPill07/11/15 08:38 PM

It doesn't have any soy in it, the name soylent comes from an old movie about the concept of a neutral food replacement sold to the masses.

Yeah, it's pricey, and if it's going to affect your budget in a meaningful way I wouldn't get it. But it really shines when it comes to helping you stay on track. Over the course of three months for example, I'll notice that the app will tell me that I've dropped 'x' pounds and dropped 'x' bf% when I definitely would not remain really precise over a long period of time when it comes to that kind of thing. Ontop of that it visualizes your progress in graphs that include poundage drop, lean to fat…

I don't know how on earth you're spending $250 a month on food unless you're eating wet cardboard. The redpill man does what it takes to get the job done, and for alot of guys who are starting out, this makes sense. So to each his own, do what you feel you need to do man, I'm not going to stop you.
/r/TheRedPill07/11/15 07:47 PM
1

The reason I brought up soylent is because it's a good way for someone who botches his day to day calorie counting to stay on track. That and the price is great for college students and someone on a budget.
/r/TheRedPill07/11/15 05:50 PM
1

Think about how much you spend at the grocery store on food per month. It's actually cheaper when all the math is said and done to buy soylent. That and as I mentioned in the text, it's a good way for someone to stay consistent with calorie counting without thinking about... calorie counting. One less decision to make in the life of a busy redpill man.

I would say you need something like 14 days worth if you want to get your body moving in the right direction. I chug it and then wash it down with water right after, does the trick. The first couple cups are fucking horrendous, but it gets much better with each successive cup. Something about your body realizing it's just going to have to deal with this shit.

fitnotes doesn't have integration into any of that stuff, but it's a great little tool for anyone that lifts or runs regularly. Good statistical analysis helps you visualize your progress and keeps you on track over the longer term. Aria is pricey, but I love it honestly. It integrates into the app and I am very congnizant of basically every dip in bf and poundage day to day and throughout the day. It's a very cool tool, and if you have the cash for it, go for it, I highly recommend it. I have h…

Its actually really common for minorities to get with the hottest white chicks in NY. I've lived here my entire life and see it all over the place. You don't see it amongst the middle and lower middle class only because those groups still have to worry about shit like money and surviving, but when you get to upper middle and above race mixing means nothing to anyone. I agree, but the reason I mentioned chats and Ventrilo is because I assume that's how we would screen who we interact with first. I don't know if I was clear enough in my post but I don't think the frat idea is a good one. The basis of the meetups should go from online friendships to irl meetups for events and activities. This way we can personally screen the redpillers we like hanging out with and what groups we like interacting with. This could take less than 4-5 months if we move quick.

My thoughts on women have gotten so simple as I've gotten older. Sexual attraction begets sex. If you want a woman to lust after you get the fitnotes app, subscribe to reddits spotify workout playlist and go ham 6 days a week for a few months. Make sure your lifts increase, eat accordingly, get a massive back, arms and chest and watch the poon roll in.

My theory on most women who say they don't want kids is that they realize that not only would they be complete trainwreck parents, they stand no chance of finding a good partner and having happy healthy children. They start delving into this cycle of cats and belittling everything about children because they hate what they know they can never have. This is like 95% of women who say that. Projection factors into why they do it too. You ever notice women are horrible at gauging what it takes to be successful? Most will scoff at a man with a six digit salary, a car and a general grasp of his life. This is because they have no idea what it takes to build your own life or forge your own path. Many see these things as something anyone can do, but not because they are completely oblivious to the difficulties involved in becoming a successful man. No They have a slight grasp, but what i…

Yeah that's what I was trying to get across as subtly as possible. I've never really thought women are evil, but the level of conditioning that gets placed on them is insane. They aren't taught to value their contributions to society, they aren't taught to be the hero of their own story. COURAGE IS LEARNED Men learn this shit through sports, through fighting, through rejection... Being bad means you fucking stand up for your own sovereignty. What a bizarre world we live in, where living life on your own terms is termed bad. This is why women obsess over bikers and gangsters, many at least pretend to have the ability to break free of the hivemind and become a singular entity, a potential hero. Women respect, envy and lust after this, because 99.9999% will die plugged in.

Yep, this is kinda the way the world works. Women naturally form unions to exile guys that don't get with their program. Just be aware of the way this works and protect yourself if you're not in a position to rise above the bullshit. This kind of behavior can be especially damaging in work environments.

So to add onto this I would also recommend learning to use your voice as a tool. Learning when to strategically raise my voice and overpower others was a real lesson for me. During my masters I noticed that one of our professors was this real old school type of alpha. (he didn't look too much like what the internet (which we all know is a bunch of 13 y/o's wetting the bed) thinks is an alpha, he was about 5'7, thick mustache, full head of hair and fit for his age (50's)) But what was really cool…

Brilliant post, I really resonated with how you talked about corporate motivations for third wave feminists. It's true, our entire society is created and run by several very large corporations. This is the very essence of our existence, we live in a capitalist business world. The government creates an illusion of control, much like in the matrix. It's all an elaborate system of control, and major corporations bank on the fact that average humans burn out, give up and die well before they're onto…

No one here is saying hate women. Hey man, I really want to believe this is the case, but even if it's not explicity stated, there is a very very strong undercurrent of women hate on the forums. I've watched silently for about a month now (I've been around for longer, put away your pitchforks) and kinda just watched the way guys will jump on posts that allow them to express their frustration and anger. I'm angry because if any of that is true, a kid got his life obliterated. I am not at all ok with that, and hearing things like that makes me legitimately believe relationships and children should not even be on the radar for many. Interestingly enough, yes. I originally learned most of what I know form RSD, and while their more hollistic tenants are on point, way too much of their material is geared towards just getting freaks out of the house and interacting with women. I realized this when I started to get good with Dread Game. The distinction between mothers love and the psychotic neediness of a young woman desperate to keep an alpha in her life like a drop of water in a vast desert is unnerving. Compound lifts like the squat and deadlift cause your brain to pump out hormones that are normally released in very small amounts periodically. The stress response is what causes you to start growing. That's why when you work a super small muscle group, it is exponentially harder to get a pump or to grow the muscle group.
