| 2 | So, I've been calling feminist groups in Canada about my effort to open more men's shelters, and have been pleasantly surprised.Canadian feminist here. I started asking around (about men's shelters) because I thought the YMCA sort of served this function, but I quickly found out I was wrong. CAFE managed to fundraise to get a men's shelter up and running, and it's been the single effort of theirs I've been really stoked on.
