This applies to political parties, to religions, to atheism, to anything. There are so many sub-sections of feminism and feminist theory, and it's been around long enough that those subsections are even identified and studied. 2	So, I've been calling feminist groups in Canada about my effort to open more men's shelters, and have been pleasantly surprised. Canadian feminist here. I started asking around (about men's shelters) because I thought the YMCA sort of served this function, but I quickly found out I was wrong. CAFE managed to fundraise to get a men's shelter up and running, and it's been the single effort of theirs I've been really stoked on.
