Shave it. Wear it with pride. Make jokes about how your hair-style always look as intended - perfect and how you need to comb it only once in a week or two - with electric shaver. This is well known and documented phenomena, don't worry. Actually I feel more confident with English as my second language as well. My personal idea would be you built your confidence in English by accomplishment of learning new language and business success, while your native language stands on your whole life and experiences including insecurities.

Have you considered long distance running? I've read some study saying your metabolism slows a little while performing cardio for extended periods of a time. Your body should learn how to survive with less resources. It's also not about getting muscular at all. Instead you get defined body with athletic looks. Thin, light and sporty.
