Actually I feel more confident with English as my second language as well. 2	It’s actually amazing how little looks matter in comparison to confidence. Have you considered long distance running? I've read some study saying your metabolism slows a little while performing cardio for extended periods of a time. Your body should learn how to survive with less resources.
