I would add Andy Griffith and Uncle Phil to that list. Maybe Gomez Addams.

This has been a long-running common trope in Movies, TV Shows, Commercials, and other media. It never should have been considered okay. I'm glad more men are waking up about it though. https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/BumblingDad Also related, is how it's okay to portray a man getting hurt as "funny" in media, but never a woman. "Man Getting Hit By Football" being the classic example.

Very recent PERFECT yet sad example of this... https://www.reddit.com/r/AITAH/comments/1kq149h/aita_for_not_letting_my_mother_in_law_come_over/ https://www.reddit.com/r/AITAH/comments/1kqnwrq/update_mil_refuses_to_back_down_over_destroyed/

I think I'd rather take my chances getting a blowjob from a snapping turtle...

Child support is fine. I have no problem supporting my kid(s). But alimony, is bullshit. They say that alimony isn't meant to "punish" the higher earning spouse, it's meant to help the lower earning spouse transition while maintaining their standard of living. So if you worked your ass off so that you could spoil your wife and treat her like a princess, that's all the more you'll have to dish out when she decides you still don't spoil her enough and leaves you. What about MY standard of living? …

In the middle of a divorce now. I don't post here, but I lurk a lot. Damn this comment hit me in the gut! So f***ing true, this was 100% my situation and I'm still kicking myself for letting it go on as long as I did.

Separated for 3 years?!?!?! You don't "tell her." Take the opportunity to go ahead and schedule consultations with 2-3 lawyers. Pick the one you like the best and file. You're done.

You should give her exactly what she wants for Mother's Day. A Divorce!

Consider yourself very lucky. At less than a year married, you'll likely not have any alimony payments. Sounds like it should be a quick and easy divorce. Hopefully there's no kids involved. It sucks but if things aren't going to work out you're much better off breaking it off now than years later when you're going to have to give her half of everything you've accumulated during a crummy marriage.

The interesting relationship and dynamic between Guts, Griffith, and Casca. It's really deep.

What a strange coincidence... my wife recently decided she wants a divorce... I just watched the Berserk anime for the first time. Not because of the divorce but because I wanted to use it for an AMV I'm making. But yeah, not a bad recommendation for somebody going through divorce.

Based on your other comments in this thread, I really think you DO love her and want this to work. Honestly there needs to be less pressure when it comes to sex. It shouldn't always have to end in an orgasm, you may just be in the wrong headspace, or it could be any of a number of other things. Don't sweat it. I'm obese, and that makes things difficult too. Honestly, I get about the same amount of pleasure from a HJ anyway, and more from a BJ. If everything else is great, don't let the sex be a …

The general idea is that the foreskin is a lot more than an "extra piece of skin." It covers the glans, which keeps the glans more sensitive. After being circumcised, the glans "keratinizes" and becomes less sensitive after being left exposed. On top of that, the foreskin is home to many very sensitive nerve endings that are lost when it's cut off. It also has other functions, including providing a better "gliding" mechanism during intercourse. There aren't a lot of scientific data points though…

"Scientifically," it shouldn't matter. Your genitals are yours. Even if there were medical benefits to circumcision (and there really aren't...) it doesn't give other people the right to permanently cut part of your genitals at a time when you were far too young to give consent. That being said, I probably have about a dozen videos I reference for this sort of stuff, and while they may not qualify as "scientific" evidence, I found them to be very well researched and educational. I really hope yo…
