Yeah personally I don’t think we will ever know one way or another and that’s really the bottom line. But there’s enough factors (the sworn testimony, vagueness of the incident, timelines not matching up, Perry denying everything Kesha claimed etc) that it would definitely be wrong to convict Dr. Luke. Legitimately exactly the same thing happened with my friend, except in the US (at Umass Amherst, fall of 2013).
