However I did watch the entire court proceeding. And it became clear that there is no evidence that the hold he was in caused him to die. That exact hold is used 2500+ times a year in America. If sameness was something noble to pursue then I too would be outraged over this "sexist" double standards. But it turns out nature has made man and woman entirely different, each with a different purpose.
