Where his aggressive behaviour was shown by pushing and then using intimidation just like someone in a pub would after they crack you one that’s not how an officer should act
If police don’t follow the law then they shouldn’t be police,it’s as simple as that. The amount of times police have gone up to people and simply demanded ID unlawfully is unreal and shouldn’t be happening, it’s people like you that make them think they can.
Mate at the end of the day he wasn’t being aggressive he said a word that isn’t illegal to say towards police in the eyes of the law,the law in which we follow and they enforce.Your right they can and will make a perimeter around a situation but that doesn’t mean they can block off a whole public path and push people about ,people have rights and tyrants like these(which there is way to many of) need to understand that.
Don’t think the waitress would be blocking a public path by pushing tho.Your logic of the last sentence just don’t hold up with police fair enough on the street with two civilians but not the police, they are working under the law and should up hold that!
