I would if MGTOW wasn't for total losers

I have a cheat day where I eat fun foods like subs and chilli. Sunday I'll eat a simple oats and egg breakfast and do something conservative for lunch and dinner like chicken or a steak and simple carb with vegetable juice. The meals are about 1500, I do two shakes at about 400 each, and I'll crush about 32 ounces of milk a day for 400. So about 2700 a day.

Nah, I'm gonna pass. I get my meals delivered. 165/wk for 3 squares a day 5 days a week.

Everyone's goals are different, but I'm seeing the materialist treadmill that I'm on. My goal is to work from home, raise a family with a good woman, and build a real estate portfolio so I won't have to work endlessly.

This post is so melodramatic. You 23 year olds will get it when you're 33. Marry the right woman who is religious, doesn't use Instagram and has a strong father.

6 foot 5 is not freakish tall, it's just tall, so relax, it's a positive. You lost the weight but where are you on your lifting and size?

Sounds like a total low life.

Dancer here. All good points. Focus on having fun and you'll learn faster. Also, ballroom is another way to go. You learn posture, poise and how to lead with a hard frame, versus a mostly soft frame in salsa.

If you're seeing a pattern of women saying these things, consider you're attracting a certain type of woman into your life that isn't quality. Take a day off, do something nice for your yourself, don't miss the gym, and start again.

If she's on bumble messaging guys, how is it too soon? I'm confident if she's into the guy enough she'd go for it. Write her in a month and see what happens, but don't put yourself into this position again. When she gives you this retarded shit test, just hold frame and respond. I'm not a shit test master so check what's out there for this one, but you could say something like, "what's a few weeks between friends" etc etc.

Ask yourself, what would you rate your attractiveness out of 10? Then, what would you need to do to move that number as close as possible towards a 10? Then go do those things.

I think it's a pretty thoughtful first date, but as you can see you don't want it to come off as being too much. I don't think bringing a bottle of wine to the first date is a good idea, that's going really far for date 1 especially with all the other things you've got planned. Keep it low key and maintain frame with the mindset that outings like these are no big deal for you. And yeah don't sit across from her, find a quiet corner where you can be lightly intimate if the opportunity arises.

As a high value man, your time is also valuable. It's fun to play around, but it should be on your terms. Being straight sometimes let's them know you're not a boy toy and you hold the frame. Some guys on here may disagree but there's different ways to do it.

Yep it's wierd behavior. Ask her why she's ignoring your requests to go out. If she continues to deflect she's just not that into you, next her and see how she feels getting the cold shoulder.

Man, what has the dating world come to when a girl won't give her phone number after a pleasant first date. First off, by saying "no problem" to her no number comment, you allowed this stupid behavior to be validated. I would have said, "it's just a number, why not?" If she was actually into you, she wouldnt have done this. In my eyes she sees you as just a so so option for her and that's no respectable place for a high value man.

It's time to get tough and get straight with her. "When I see you on campus and say hey you ignore me, what's the deal?" If she gets defensive or doesn't provide an answer with any real substance, next her. And be sure to tell her youre moving on.

Go to the singles events Become a rockstar on the boat. I did this on a small royal Caribbean boat last year and I swore everyone knew who I was. I did name that song in the atrium with 50 people watching, world's sexiest man competition with the entire pool deck watching, karaoke every day, dancing every day (I'm a dancer), and a number of other things. When you get involved and win some of the fun games the cruise staff puts on, it's really easy to start conversations with girls on the boat wh…

Reading the great works of fiction like Crime and Punishment or the Great Expectations is in no way like watching Netflix, you're completely off there. Examinations of culture and investigations into the nature of humanity via quality novels are worth all the time invested.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
