To clarify, don't take this as an absolute truth, it's just an opinion following all the knowledge I have about it. To be honest, I'd say that it's hard to tell; in a lot of countries you can find people who take a malicious advantage of laws but yeah, here you can find a lot of women who do it. That's actually something pretty common here. But even with that, more and more women are becoming aware of this. It is a slow change of mind, but at least it's happening, so let's hope the best for the next years.
